Absolutly the most convuluted process ever just to apply. They do absolutly nothing but come up with more inane processes . be prepaired to spend days filing online forms running tl notaries and the directions for filing are abbysmal . total waste of time.

There is no recruiter more passionate or dedicated than Mindy Paolini. She clearly knows and understands what she’s doing. She did an excellent job for helping me find and apply for my current position as an aircraft technician. I’m very happy to where I’m at right now. She was very organized and prompt and provided me with many useful tips on interviewing. I don’t think I would have gotten this job without her. One time, I called and asked her for help but she said the company put her to a different project yet she still helped me resolved my concerns and guided me through the process. One last thing is that she’s very responsive. No matter how busy she is, she’ll get in touch or return a message or call with you as soon as she can. I’d say that her professionalism and knowledge is what makes her successful at what she does.
