I was honestly amazed at the price to remove 6 dents! I was asked to show up at 10 a.m., they were extremely busy, however, they still got my truck in at 10. Very friendly, and professional!! I would give the folks here a 10 if it wasnt for a 5 being the highest rating!

I ask my local Dealership who do they send their paint and body work to. I chose to follow through with the small businessman. I talked to the owner about painting certain parts of my truck. I felt secure after he explained the professional process. He also explained how they could follow through with other repairs, plus replacing the dull lights, to give my truck the character it once had. I felt that the negotiated price was reasonable for the quality of work my old truck needed. I will include pictures when the process is complete. The business is a family of brothers servicing Dealerships, insurance companies, and regular walk ins throughout the parishes.

I accidentally pulled the front bumper down on my car while parking at work — went a little too far forward, and when I backed up, the bumper on the driver’s side came loose and was hanging very low. It was technically drivable, but barely. I was worried about losing the bumper completely, and I really didn’t want to spend money on a tow. I started calling around, hoping someone could help me the same day, and thankfully I got in touch with Stutes Dent Doctor. The person who answered was incredibly kind and said, “C’mon over, we’ll take a look at it for you.” That alone was a huge relief. I drove over slowly with my hazard lights on, just praying I’d make it. As soon as I arrived, they brought my car in immediately. While they worked, I waited in the lobby and had a great conversation with Ms. Laken — she was warm, comforting, and exactly the kind of presence I needed in a stressful moment. She also told me more about their business and even promoted a few neighboring businesses, which I thought was such a thoughtful touch. You can tell they care about their community. Caleb and the team worked quickly and had my bumper reattached in under an hour. I was able to get back to work with peace of mind. I’m so grateful for their kindness, professionalism, and fast service. Highly recommend them to anyone needing honest, quality auto body work. Thank you again, Stutes team!
