The work done there is superb. I mentioned that I was disappointed that when I went to update the Subaru app with which I can start my car remotely it updated to an app I had to pay for. I don't like that at all. The manger came and talked to me about it and even offered to pay for the app for three months. That was VERY kind and generous, but unnecessary. Good people at Subaru of Spokane.

Called to set up appointment for oil change. Also mentioned that the check engine oil light had come on three times in a couple weeks. Arrived to find there was no record of the oil light problem and I would have to return another time to have it checked out. I indicated that I would just drive to the another mechanic and they magically found time to check it out. $3400 for a repair so I'll be checking other places.

Great service. Very friendly and prompt. Everything was great until they texted me during my McDonald's breakfast to come back, the technician found an issue. Abruptly returning, I was asked if I wanted my in-cabin air filter and engine air filter replaced. I would be billed $75 each for a $9 and $22 filter. My answer was no. Just get the lifetime oil changes folks! The rest is cheaper elsewhere!

The sales agent working with us, Macey, was excellent from beginning to end, understanding our needs and communicating effectively throughout the process. The dealership is professional, well maintained, and customer friendly. We never felt pressure through the entire purchasing experience, something we very much value. Pricing and terms were excellent, the best in Washington State based on our experience.
