After noticing a screw in one of my tires I entered the business local. Even though they were busy they quickly removed the screw and also had to install a plug in the leaking tire. Pull into the parking lot dang near on a flat tire, 3 techs standing at the desk doing nothing. I ask for air in one tire to be told their air compressor machine is off. How you going to be a tire repair shop with no air. ? Really great customer service. Did I mention they were using power air tools when I asked for air …

I've been doing business with Sun City Tire and Auto since 2016. The employees are always courteous and eager to help. Very professional and high quality work. Last week, we had a nail in our tire. The guys got it right in and fixed it at no cost. Just yesterday, my AC stopped working. Brought the car in and had it back by 4 pm. Prices are great too. I see some reviews like to question the prices. I'm a small business owner like SCT&A. We all do the best we can. Support small and appreciate the service. Stop looking for reasons to hate. Ignore the bad reviews and do as much business as you can with this business.

I had the best service at Sun Cities Tire and Auto. I had a 10 am appt for my air conditioner to be diagnosed. It will be fixed , it will be done by 5 pm. I didn't even ask for a ride they brought me back to my apt to wait. They will pick me up when it's ready. I have been going to them since I have been in Arizona my Father recommended them. Great work and Customer Service. Keep up the Amazing work Sun Cities Tire and Auto . I do recommend to call for a appt. They are extremely busy. GREAT WORK TEAM

Never got back to me. Went for Wipers and they were gonna order but never heard back from them. Called after a day or 2 and they said they would have them that morning and call me. And 2 weeks later never heard back. I will go elsewhere where my business is appreciated.

came in Tuesday May 24, around 3:40 pm, my gf had gotten a flat right next to the shop. i pulled the tire inspected the tire and made sure the puncture was 1inch away from the sidewall. as if its closer then that its unpatchable. I am a certified ASE Master technician of 10years worked all the way from lube tech to heavy line automotive.(will update ASE certification on here shortly). anyways brought it in they took the tire back to one of their techs and they deemed the tire unpatchable due to being too close to sidewall. Discount Tire pactched the tire no problem. be careful with shops like this they will take advantage of people that are not experienced in the automotive field and sell you a tire you didnt really need. i can only imagine on more complex work, how many parts are they replacing when they arent needed for repairs. BE CAREFUL using this shop, if you need tire work go to Discount Tire on grand about 8 min away.

Disappointed in turn around time for an oil change. I made an appointment and was told 9am. At 1:30pm I called asking about car. Was told car just went in. Got a call back at 2:15 saying car was done. I was a regular customer but I will move on as I feel this was ridiculous. I had to cancel my plans for the afternoon and in addition had to find another ride to pick up car.

I called and described the problem with my car. They ordered the parts and scheduled an appointment two days later. I took the car in and got it back the same day. They said the old parts were still useable. NO CHARGE for the repair. Sun Cities Tire and Auto is 100% fair and honest. It’s the only place I’ll take my cars. And the people who work there are very friendly!!!

Went in to check about my car pulling to one side when driving, techs swapped my front tires around and found out it was my tires. I went to work on my car a few days later to find that all of my lug nuts were cross threaded and even had a wheel stud snap with very little effort applied to it. I called them about my lug nuts being cross threaded and was immediately cut off by the person on the phone, they were extremely rude to me and were refusing to accept responsibility and basically calling me a liar about my situation. I came in the following day to voice my concerns again and apparently there was a lot of confusion around the situation. They ended up replacing the one broken stud but was very confident that all the others ones weren't cross threaded. I went home right after to test that and they were still cross threaded. I took it to another shop and they said the same thing Don't go here, they'll gaslight you about a problem they caused. At the very least they replaced the single wheel stud on the house so +1 star for that I suppose.

Fantastic experience at Sun Cities Tire & Auto today! I made a 2 PM appointment for a tire repair after picking up a nail in one of my tires. They had it completed quickly, and I was expecting to hear something north of $25 for the repair. To my surprise, there was no charge! I tipped the guy $20 and left a happy man!

Took my car in to get some camshaft and crankshaft sensors replaced. Told them up front that this was the reason that my check engine light is on and to do an inspection of everything else AFTER they fixed the check engine light. Instead they did an oil change and then manually cleared the code and said my car was fixed. Drove it for 2 minutes after I picked it up and my check engine light is back on. 60$ for the oil change and 40$ each way for an uber, plus my time wasted and terrible communication back to me about what’s going on, makes this place feel like a chain mechanic shop and not their honest family style they advertise. It’s not hard to follow a customers requests.

I have come to figure out that when you let them know you're having the coupon, they don't have any appointments available, I don't get that, but before you say you have the coupon, they're ready to bring you in, but then the second that you tell them, oh and I do have the coupon. Oh yeah, no I have no appointments available for the next week. Sorry, but I don't believe in supporting a business like that, I don't think anybody should be supporting a business like that, so I'll make sure that I post on all the social media websites that this place literally they just don't want you to use their coupons, they want you to go in and be screwed Uber and pay full price when you could use a coupon and save money, not that we all in the world are, you know, going broke? But good to know that this establishment does not care about its customer.All they care about is getting the money in Nice to know.You had an appointment available before you knew about the coupon

After taking my Mercedes GLE43 to a dealership and being told I needed approx. $7,500.00 in repairs - I went to Sun Cities Tire and Auto for a "free" inspection...inspecting the repairs I was told by Mercedes were needed. Guess what?! NONE of the repairs were needed...Joey Maresco and his team advised me to return in ONE YEAR for another FREE inspection! Outstanding Customer Service!! I will be back and will also refer everyone I know!

I will never use this business again. I had a coupon for a service to include lube, oil filter change, wiper blades, and rotate tires. $147 good deal, I thought. They said I needed a new air filter. I did not! They were to rotate the tires; they did not. What started out at $147 ended up costing $250.07. Complete bait and switch.
