You know what's refreshing? Getting really good customer service. Do you know what's even more refreshing than that? Getting phenomenal customer service and feeling valued as a customer. That's pretty unheard of these days. So, first time meeting Wally was such a pleasure. I'm sold, I finally have a go to experienced and honest mechanic in Arizona. Been looking for someone of this caliber since I moved here 10 years ago. Thanks Wally! So glad I took my neighbor up on his recommendation.

I ALWAYS read reviews before I choose a Company to do business with. Admittedly I was a bit apprehensive after reading the reviews on Sun City Total Car Care. “Wally is great”, “Wally’s honest”, Wally’s reasonable” were repeated on so many reviews. Seriously, could Wally really be that Great? YES, Wally is that Great and so is Karen and the mechanics! I have already referred them to a friend and will continue to do so. Older lady at the front desk was very rude! Came in to get a quote and she kept talking over me before getting to a ridiculous quote. She answered the phone while talking to me and she was very blunt with the person who called in also. Took my business somewhere else.

I've had terrible luck with mechanics in Arizona, but Wally and his business are amazing. Wally was very informative and helped me understand what was going on. He understood my situation and while he could've charged me hundreds of dollars for an oil change and inspections, he only charged me for the cheapest oil change I've ever had. I will only be taking my vehicles to Wally from now on. I highly recommend this business for your automotive needs. UPDATE: 8 months later and they still blow my mind. Absolute best shop I’ve ever had work on my vehicles. They do everything they possibly can to do the job right and make it as affordable as they can. Wally knows how to run a business the right way. And I can’t say enough good things about Cody. After the experiences I’ve had in the Phoenix valley, this will be the only establishment touching my vehicles.

Wally is finally the Mr Good wrench that you’ve been looking for. Had a fat list of things to fix on my truck and everything turned out to be very reasonably charged if not no charge at all. Him and his “MECHANICS” not just technicians, like most dealerships, can do all the work your vehicle needs at a reasonable price, and if he can’t, then he recommends you to one of his trusted close friends to do the work. I WILL ALWAYS GO TO WALLY. He has NEVER steered me wrong! Still can’t believe all this work under $2000! Usually I can’t leave a dealership without paying $2000+! Thanks again to Wally and his team!
