Updated December , 2025 Ownership has changed. Philosophy has changed. The employees are the same, and that is good. Unfortunately, I no longer have the confidence in this establishment from a pricing perspective. I wish them the very best. I have found a new mechanic. Short story: For the last 15+ years, our “go-to” mechanic. 1. Honest! 2. Reasonably priced, outstanding technical diagnostics and repairs. 3. Reliable. A great staff. Try them once. You won’t take your car anywhere else after that. Adam W.

This group is so kind helpful and vary knowledgeable about their business. They take appointments they run on time and they’re honest.. this business is like having a family member take care of you and your car, which is the very best. I feel super lucky that I was able to find them and use them and will continue to use them.. when there is a problem with you car it is one of the most stressful things that you can go through especially if you don’t know a lot about cars. But this business has taken their time to make me feel safe, comfortable and confident and they do great work and they are pleasant pleasure to deal with.! Highly recommended

Sunrise did an excellent job repairing my car. Michelle keeps you constantly informed of the status and cost of the repairs, and there are no surprise costs at the end. I have been going to Sunrise for many years, and the new ownership has done an excellent job of maintaining the same standards as before. They also kept all of the original technicians, so they were very familiar with my car, which is a bonus.

Ed and Michelle are fantastic people and run a trustworthy business, which is rare in auto repair. My family has been doing business with them for years and years and we recommend them to anyone needing repairs. We don’t live close by (Anaheim Hills) and I recently took my car to the dealership for a check engine light because it was more convenient. The dealership gave me an estimate of $5235, so I took my car to Ed. He checked everything thoroughly and my repairs ended up being $700 - most of the dealership estimate was bogus! Don’t hesitate to go here and make them your shop for life, like we have.

The loyalty they have for their customers is amazing, and I can TRUST them to do a great job, on timely schedule and NEVER get taken advantage of. I am so happy I was recommended this place. My car suddenly died on the street on my way to school and the AAA driver recommended I take my car to Sunrise because they are fair and honest. He was totally right. The husband and wife team are fantastic and they did a great job-not only fixing my car, but also going out of their way to find me parts less expensive than originally quoted. I will definitely be going back for my regular maintenance checks and other needs in the future.

Felted scammed after being told suddenly I need oil in my car and I am out of oil! Made my sign something to protest themselves if my engine seized up. They are not liable! Wanted $89 for an oil change! Good always running fine before this alignment service.

I came in here to take care of a nasty sputtering sound that my car was making whenever I stepped on the brakes or was idle. In addition to that, the mechanics also noticed my car having issues with the rear brake. Michele was super helpful and customer-friendly! She was upfront about my car and what the mechanics were working with. Both issues were taken care of when I started my car and was running smoother than ever. I have officially found my new auto shop go to!

Just like all the other reviews Ed and the whole crew are honest mechanics. I am at a point when anytime time I need to visit Sunrise and what ever is recommended or needs to be addressed I will always give them the green light to go ahead. Also finding out that this is the place where other shops bring in the cars that they are not able to trouble shoot. So Sunrise are the Machanic’s.

Finding a good reliable mechanic is one of lifes most difficult tasks but then aaa brought me to aunrise automotive. My situation isnt a normal one and the people at sunrise welcomed me in as if i was a long loat friend. From the moment i met them i knew this was the place. I was confident of their services and skills. I was right. Their work is a 10 efficent, accurate and timely. Their serivice support and compassionate are untouchable. So if u r looking for a honest and reliable mechanic u found them here at sunrise u wont regret it. Ps. Something we all have to rememeber when u leave ur vehicle w a mechanic is time is not something they nor u can control. It takes time to figure out the issue and then get the correct parts and then put it all together and make it work. Patients is what everyone needs to have unless u want to go down to a wanna b mechanic who is gonna put a bandaide on ur vehicle so u will just have to cone back and give them more money. I am not at all saying sunrise is slow i am saying they fixed it right. I dont have to bring it back because it was rushed. So jow when i come back its just to say hi to my new found friends. A very honest ethicsl group of people. I recommend then to everyone except the guy who wants a bandaid. Theres a place down the road that isnwilling to do that.
