Questionable Cat

If your car is a prized procession to you, best avoid this place big time. Cleaning style is rushed and rough on the car. Interior car floor was clean but I didn't expect the gift of gum wrapping as well and a unknown piece of plastic. They also managed to chip away paint on a small part of my car. Knowing them, I just let it go due to the fact they are known for this. Windshield was not as clean and a smudge has appeared that has never been there. Go somewhere else if you value your car.

2 stars for having a genuinely nice employee that apologized for not thoroughly cleaning the car. Paid for a detail and it was a simple vacuum. Not sure what I paid $55 for. I would like to go back and complain, but what’s the point? Would rather pay my daughter to clean the car.

Absolutely horrible horrible job ,I cannot describe or express how horrible service these guys provided . Left my entire car and mats wet and didn’t even bother to give it a quick whip down and when I went to complain. “Guy told me it’s just water like when I shower” Not a professional manner to talk to a client paying for service. I highly suggest anybody to look somewhere else for a decent car wash . This place isn’t worth the money nor wait

Updated review after getting my car REWASHED and after the owner responded to my first review, where he essentially insinuated my car was too dirty to be cleaned. Despite what the owner said, I never asked for my dog's hair to be removed, I asked for my seats to be swiped and mats to be cleaned after coming back and OFFERING TO PAY MORE, but was told they don't do that. So the owner not only put words in my mouth, but also insulted me. He insisted my car needed to be detailed, for $80, but as my rewash pictures show, that wasn't necessary to get them clean. I paid about the same price for both car washes, $23. Also despite Sunset claiming that they only vacuum the inside, you can see they didn't really vacuum anything, and the other wash managed to get the “crud” out of my cup holder just fine. Sunset Car Care made me feel stupid, and essentialIy called me dirty, for merely having basic car wash expectations that they just can’t or won’t meet. I think my pictures say it all. Very disappointed in this business.

They let the water dry because they was talking. And obviously because it’s cold is going to turn into ice. I let them know and they refuse to dry it until they seen me take pictures. If you know is cold out try to dry it as fast as you can so it don’t turn into ice OBVIOUSLY

I give this place one star … what I see with my own eye will not describe the in responsibility how they still perform with the own variety of customers on regular basic and none regular basic customers For what I can see on the star reviews Anything below 3. Star is not a good place to bring anyone here into management or staff do better not only for them self but for business wise !! I paid for the premium service ($33.56) they never cleaned it inside, the carpets were all dirty, the windows were all stained. They don’t even care what you say They just move to the next car. it was not even busy, there was just one more car.

Shortage of staff. Fast car wash, but poor vacuum and guys who dry your car after wash, they don’t do their job good. I had to help them myself cuz they jumped to clean other cars leaving mine. Paid $23 for exterior and interior vacuum. I was on a rush that’s why used this car wash, I don’t recommend this place for someone who wants good quality wash)

Shocked by all the bad reviews. I’ve been coming here for years for regular old oil changes. They are always very nice, always same price, they always refill my windshield wiper fluid and check my lights as part of the oil change, and the woman who works as cashier is very pleasant to chat with!

DO NOT spend YOUR TIME and MONEY here!!! I paid for their so-called PLATINUM service($33.56), but car was never actually cleaned inside. The carpets were still dirty, the windows had stains, and overall it looked like nothing was done. They don’t care, they just rush to the next car without any attention, even though there was no line — only one other car. On top of that, they added a fake extra fee that was never listed on the receipt. When I questioned it, instead of explaining, they simply adjusted the total and hid it inside the service price, calling it convenience fee. That’s dishonest and disrespectful. This is not just bad service — this is a complete disregard for customers. I paid for something I never received, and the transaction will be canceled. I never write reviews like this, but this experience was beyond unprofessional and unacceptable.

Very poor service. From the beginning, I specifically requested that the inside of my car be thoroughly cleaned and was charged extra for it. Despite this, the interior was not cleaned at all and the car came out still dirty. When I asked why nothing inside had been done, they wanted to charge an additional $100 and showed no concern for the issue. I would not recommend this place.

Paid $55 for a hand wash of a full-size SUV and the job was unacceptable. The mats were dirtied again after being cleaned, soap residue was left on the seats, and multiple spots on the exterior were missed entirely. This lack of care ended up getting soap on my clothes. For the price, the service was far below expectations. Would not return.

I was there for the first time on January 2nd. The car wash was just awful. I usually check Google ratings. They had 3.4. I don't think that's true. 1.5 at most. ))) Because when I saw how badly they washed my car, I contacted the manager. He doesn't care; he has a disinterested attitude. He doesn't even know how to communicate. Photo after the wash😆 Other places don't do this))). When a person has paid, you have to provide a good service.
