usually always good, today got a diet pepsi, (should have tasted first but it was not for me), as we are driving husband said taste funny, and it did, got home, called to let them know they need to fix machine. LOL, said yes it was an issue last week and getting low so it must be out. Really if it was getting low or having issues last week why did you not make a note to fix it??? just annoyed is all, I know its only a soda but i would not want someone else getting a bad one either.

I wish I could give negative stars. This place is an absolute joke. I went for a carwash and paid $15 for the gold and the customer service from the ghetto lady drying the car was ridiculous. When I confronted her she blatantly ignored me and threw her hands up in the air. When the manager came out he gave me the worst customer service. I will never go here again its horrible.

Horrible place. I moved and correctly cancelled my car wash membership I was told it was cancelled and I would also be refunded for the remainder of the month. Not only was I not refunded but I was charged the following month. Now I can’t get an answer or a call back. This is stealing. I have verification that I cancelled.

After buying the monthly car wash, the guy drying the car accused us of changing the sticker to another car. Why would I move a sticker to another car? Accusing us of stealing as he is drying the car and accepting the tip we give every time? Horrible attitude by the manager of the car wash.

Count your change! I've been in this store 3 times, and each time, different cashiers have given me incorrect change, in their favor. It's always under a dollar, but if they do this to everyone, they'll have a tidy sum at the end of the day, I'm sure. Beware!

I pay the higher price for quality gas and then use the carwash. I'd give 5 stars, but sometimes the carwash attendant does not direct with kindness and twice didn't use the brush on top of car. This would be 5 star if the attendants were always consistent and pleasant.

Maybe it's just because I would never find a place like this in the bay area. I mean for $10, you get actual people pressure hosing you down and scrubbing before you go through the auto car wash, then actual people drying you off after being blow dried. And then they have free vacuums going all the time. It's amazing!!

I used to really like this car wash, especially as they have an attendant who towel dries your car after you finish the wash. However, the attendants they have now (younger guys) seem very lazy and inattentive. For example, I just went thru the wash, and the first attendant who should help guide you in and spray off the front of the car, was sitting on a bucket with big silver/white headphones on, staring at his phone, completely oblivious to my presence. He only got up because another employee came over to attend to me (this second guy also had to walk over to dry my car after I went through the wash). If this was the first time that I witnessed this laziness here, I'd let it slide, but it seems to a be a reoccurrence with most attendants (either not paying attention or doing half-effort jobs at drying your car. I'll likely take my business elsewhere 'till they change staff.

Car wash Manger is very rude and we tired to cancel our monthly membership. Let them know they charge me for 6 months and I used it for only 1 month. Wouldn’t cancel had to go to the bank and freeze all transactions from this place. Extremely disappointing.

After having a difficult time with my lanes gate malfuntioning i did not getting the car wash i paid for and i was upset after paying $20 then getting home to realize my car looked horrible. I came back to the car wash after many attempts of trying to get ahold of management a week later and the guy working the car wash offered to give me a free wash. Mistakes happen but im happy they took care of me at the end of the day after learning about the issue.

Got a car wash in the morning had an emergency had to go home came back and man rudely came up to me while I was vacuuming and yelled at me in my face. I have my receipt to prove it. Lived here for 20 years and no body’s paid for a wash to use the vaccum. New guy Just likes harassing women. He made me uncomfortable last time I was in the store too. Went and paid for a different car wash and use their vaccums out of spite cuz that guy is rude and scary.

$600 car wash after the attendant damaged my car., not the machine. I see they wrote come in tomorrow to my response. That was a waste. I went in and manager wasn't there. Left my name and info he wanted. Never got a call back. The employee broke the fin off the top of my car when they used those hand scrub brushes to prescrub your car. The attendant hit it so hard, I heard that crack inside the car. But I was already on conveyor, by the time I got through the car wash, the fin was sitting on my spoiler. I spoke to manager and he said, come back tomorrow. Previously loved this car wash.

Took my 87 yr. old mother and her car here and bought a wash and another for 50% off, only washed did not vacuum car at the time since my mother is disabled and couldn't stand outside car. Returned 3 days later to vacuum and was very rudely told that's not how it works. After explaining and offering to show my receipt I was given an even more rude explanation of that's not how it works. I will wait till my truck is muddy AF before I will return to use my other wash and that will be my last time there!

Price on camels said 8.25ish a pack when you buy 2 ... so I asked for 2... no where is it posted that you have to have an extra mile account to get this pricing .... guy behind the counter refused to give me them at posted price.. which would have been less than 18 with tax... instead ended up paying over $25 for two packs ... would not recommend this store to anyone. Also according to the company that actually charged me it should be named Tera Investments instead of extra mile . False advertisement.

Very bad experience in car wash. The employee misbehaved with me when i vacuum my car . Every time when i wash my car there i wash first and then vacuum my car. Sometimes only wash car.today he comes straight to me and says go inside pay first. Why i pay for vacuum it's included the wash .

The “manager” of the car wash is TERRIBLE!!! I pay for the gold subscription on two separate vehicles I own. Never any issues with one of the stickers. The second sticker has non stop issues. Mostly recently the sticker was not working so a random car wash employee instructed me to take the sticker off my windshield so he could wave it directly in front of the scanner to get it to acknowledge it. I was instructed by this employee to return to the car wash when the manger was there. When I returned, the “manager” chastised me for taking the sticker off my windshield and then refused to replace it because it would cost him $15 and there can’t be anything wrong with my sticker. I asked to cancel my subscription due to poor customer service and the “manager” told me I’d have to submit a request in writing, that they do no accept verbal requests to cancel. Oh, and I should also mention that the car wash doesn’t even work correctly all the time. More often than not the top roller brush doesn’t engage to clean the vehicle.

The quality of wash is good, and the attendant hosing/scrubbing the cars at entry is friendly and does a good job. My issue is with "Jay" the Manager. He clearly does not value customer service which is a shame considering the nice, new facilities. I had poor interactions with him myself, and I witnessed several other customer service situations that were handled poorly. If upper management would like more details on this, Id be happy to explain.

Long story short,Car Wash! paid for 30 day pass 4-25, did not receive pass, had to wait 4 days for a English speaking person to get there. Showed him copy of my bank statement charge he said it shows pending, to come back when it goes through. Ok 2 more days, it passed the bank, now 7 days later, I'm there again same guy having a bad day as 3 other people are trying to get their issues fixed, finally he gives me my pass. Now 5-25 30 days later I noticed the carwash charged my card again turns out it's a reoccurring monthly charge, from a car wash. Total scam, I called to get them to cancel the charge and of course I had to wait an hour for someone English speaking to call me back, to tell them to cancel it I never authorized that to begin with, he said I have to come there and fill out forms to cancel. Tried to explain I did not authorize that and I'm 30 miles from there. Only go about 3 times a week. He said no. I'm disputing the charge with bank now. I will inform you of out come later. Save yourself a headache go somewhere else.

Pay for unlimited car washes, but the machines won’t scan my car. Call for help on the screen, no one comes. Have to reverse all the way around the building and ask the guy who dries the cars for assistance and to no one’s surprise, he doesn’t speak English. Trash customer service, avoid this place
