The most rude and uncaring people I've ever had the displeasure of meeting. They do not care about your car. They do not care about your time. They do not care about you. I called in to make sure they were open. Because, despite saying 5pm, they actually close that around 4pm. I called at 4 and the desk attendant informed me that they put the chains up at 430. So I drove down and I was there 408. The chain was closed. I pulled in through the exit, and I asked the attendant why the chain was closed. She replied, "O, I was inside when you called, and I thought it was open" . And while I was waiting there, one of the employees rudely said "no mas" and I wasn't even talking to him. I explained that I called ahead of time so I wouldn't have to go through that situation again. But it does not matter to these people. They do not care about you, your time or your car. And this is after raising their prices. Not only do they charge you a high amount to wash your car badly, but they act like they're doing you a favor. I would give 0 stars if it was an option.

I went there for the first time today and got the hand wash for my truck. it was 35 dollars due to size. They did a nice job and I was out of there in under 30 minutes

This place did the worst job I’ve ever seen yesterday! There is still spots all over my truck and they just smeared them all in when they dried it! They left me some deep scratches on the side of my bed! Can not believe how horrible they did! I will NEVER go back to this place again! This used to be a good place, But apparently not anymore.

Great service and staff. It can be busy, but that's really a reflection on the quality work. Pick your time wisely and you can dodge the crowd. It's worth it. Say hi to Butch, veteran, greeter and great guy in Hawaiian gardens. The Mission Viejo location near my mom's place is exactly the same great service.

I came in on a Saturday morning it was pretty busy but I was cool with it, 40 mins later my car has still not come out of the wash several cars that were in line AFTER me were nearly finished when I asked them where my car was and why hasn’t it came out yet they said some guys don’t take the cars that are in line in order when going through the washer, so if we aren’t going in order what’s the point of putting your car in line after now waiting 50 minutes and my car not even done they offer me a free car wash for next time.

Got off of work early and was super excited to get my car washed. I pull up at 3:50 and the have the chain up to not accept any more customers. There supposed to be open till 5:00pm. Super disappointed ☹️ in them for closing an hour early. Gonna have to look for a different car wash

I was referred here by someone and took my car for the first time. Due to an anticipated trip, I was waiting to car my car detailed before I left for it. Long story short, my car needed MAJOR time & attention from dirt, debris marks, & hard spots that other car wash places couldn’t get rid of. The team at Details Car Wash did an AMAZING job. They were so detailed, reviewed my car numerous times, & did so much more than many other car wash businesses I have gone to. I am extremely happy with their job & will be a regular here as well! Staff is very experienced and follow COVID-19 protocol. Plenty of hand sanitizers, and chairs outside are six-feet distance of each other. Lots of workers. They not only do car washes but servicing such as oil changes and brake checks. Inside facility sells refreshments, novelty items, and car accessories. Bathrooms are Gender Neutral. There’s also windows to see your car being washed.

Did a great job I can’t lie. Looks just as new as the day I got it from the dealer. The staff were really nice too. This is the only place I will be going for sure. Have been to 2 other car wash places that messed up my wheels but they took great care not to mess it up and I appreciate that.

I enjoy the service and prices here. I like to get the Xpress Wax & VIP wash. Anything under $50 for a hand car wash on a small car is good for me. There tends to be little details that I notice that the others don’t, but whenever I point it out they go ahead and clean it without making me feel uncomfortable. I recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for a good place to wash their car

Ive been coming here since before the new transition of ownership., I would say about ten years ago, I would come every now and then, can’t say every week.. but the guys do a good cleaning with well the exception that the don’t clean your trunk or glove compartment or center compartment of your 🚗 🚙… 💨 on this day I was glad it was a slow day around the time I came cause I honestly hate waiting too much.. got a oil change and car wash., btw they do other sorts of services all you must do is ask away.. the thing I like about them is I ask many questions and the response is professional, respectful, polite and answered and well I would understand patience but when it gets busy I don’t bother asking if I have a question just keep it brief.. thanks harry for your patience and professionalism.. and thanks too your employees..

Decently priced car wash. It’s the last of the full services. They vacuum and drive thru for you. The key is in the wipe down and and it depends on who you get. It’s hit or miss. I have had good experience here and I recommend

New Owner(s) wouldn't assume responsibility for scratching my brand new rim (front driver's side). I had just replaced my front driver's side rim a few days before taking my car for a wash. They were quite busy and the person who drove my car into the "tunnel" went a little too fast and hit the guiding-rail with my front driver's side wheel, scratching it in the process. I literally saw it happen. I brought it to the owners attention and he couldn't have cared less. No benefit of the doubt, no apology, no interest in doing right for their careless mistake. I've been a customer for 15+ years, I wouldn't make up a lie. All I wanted was an apology and maybe a free carwash. Honestly, any attempt to do right by a loyal customer would have sufficed, but instead, the new owner simply dismissed me. What could have been a simple $50 repair for my wheel caused them a loyal customer who would spend $700+ each year in services, and that doesn't include all the additional business they lost from friends and family who stopped going after I told them about my bad experience.

I paid $30 for a car wash that I could have did myself. They were supposed to wipe down the interior of the car and did nothing to the inside but vacuum! Horrible they were not like this back in the day the pictures are blurry but save your money

Subject: Formal Complaint About Poor Customer Service by Employee at Super Fine Auto Spa at, Lakewood Ca Dear Super Fine Auto Spa Management, I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding a very disappointing experience at your Lakewood location involving one of your employees named Karen. My family and I have been loyal customers of Super Fine for over 11 years, but the unprofessional behavior shown by Karen and the lack of proper customer service from the current management have made us reconsider continuing our business at this location. During our recent visit, Karen made a mistake during the transaction and, instead of handling it professionally, responded with sarcasm and a disrespectful attitude. She even went as far as to suggest that we should not come anymore, which is completely unacceptable — especially toward long-term customers. We have always appreciated Super Fine’s Auto Spa, service in the past, but it’s clear that the new management and staff lack experience in proper customer service and communication. This creates a very negative environment not only for us but also for other customers who witnessed the interaction. I respectfully ask that this incident be reviewed and addressed promptly, and that proper action be taken to ensure employees like Karen receive training on professionalism, accountability, and respectful customer interaction. Thank you for your attention to this matter. We hope Super Fine can take this situation seriously and return to the level of service that kept us loyal for over a decade.

Got a detail for 100. I'd say they gave it a good, "once over." They cleaned it but lots of details (ironically) were missed. It was basically a 40 dollar service done with 20 dollar effort.

I would give this a 0 star rating but did not have that option. The worst service and treatment we received today by the cashier Karen but now looking at the rest of the reviews wasn’t surprised. My husband and I used to come all the time since it was a couple of blocks away from home. Coming in today we noticed there was a change of staff or owner. What made us keep choosing this place was the service we got every time we needed a car wash or oil change. Not only your cashier Karen gave us the worst customer service but told us not to ever come back, not that we were planning to after this bad service from her. I know when I came to pay she asked if it was the Honda yes I did say yes but it was the wrong car and luckily my husband heard and said it wasn’t that one. Instead of her proceeded she gave us the nastiest attitude. We know loosing us as customers won’t be that big of a deal but maybe training your staff to have better customer service will help your business and keep your customers happy and coming back

I went in for an oil change and car wash. The wait time was less than normal, I paid $92 for a full synthetic oil change and car wash. I came into my car once finished & the only thing that looks like it was washed is the outside. My passenger side window has a sticky glue smear over it and it is hard to get it off. I wiped down the middle console and it came out dirty still. The back seats did not get vacuumed or wiped down. Simple dirt could've been wiped down and the carpets aren't cleaned or vacuumed. Won't return
