Could not be better people or a better service. Melvin was able to come out the same day and fix my windshield in under 30 mins. Extremely nice and super professional. Pam came over to do my windshield repair, and she noticed my 2nd one on the bottom ( that came with my vehicle ) wasn't repaired when I thought it was since it was sort of a lingering bubble, so she was kind enough to fix that one, too. She did a great job and it was quick.

I called on a Monday afternoon at approximately 3-4pm, to my shock I got an actual person on the second ring who was polite, friendly, and professional. I had called 4 other companies previously (including national chains) and had only spoken to one person who told me they don't do repairs only replacement. everyone else had an automated response. In a 5 minute phone call I got scheduled for repair (the very next day), an accurate quote for what it would cost, and a brief description of the process and what to expect. Melvin came to me at work and was outside for less than 20 minutes. The repair was so fast that I barely got out there in time to catch him before he left. The repair job is incredible (I cannot see the dime/penny sized chip from a rock inside or out of the vehicle), and overall I am HIGHLY satisfied with the work this company has done. I will be saving the business card, telling all my friends, and posting to social media. I could not have better things to say about Superglass windshield repair. I am a loyal customer as long as they are in business and I am in the Nashville area. Please make them your first call instead of your 4th or 5th like I did.

Highly recommend! I had a quarter sized rock chip on my LX470 and it was going to be over $700 to replace the whole windshield with OEM Lexus glass. Pam came to my house and repaired the damage in about half an hour. I am so pleased with the results. The chip is gone and I don’t have to replace the windshield. Thank you Melvin and Pam!!

I had a small chip with rough spot on windshield. Superglass windshield repair was recommended by my dealer Global Motorsports. . Melvin called me & set up a next day appointment. The following morning, Melvin called to let me know ETA for Pam to do the repair work. I am very satisfied with the repair work and reasonable price .Both are very courteous , personable, punctual and professional. Refreshing to know that they & their business reduces the stress of a windshield repair.

Awesome business! Melvin was flexible, punctual, and worked with my schedule with no issues. i had a pretty complicated small crack at the top of my windshield near my rear view and he fixed it with no issues in 20 minutes. he traveled to me and was very reasonably priced! One of the best customer experiences I have had. Left a message on a Saturday expecting a call back on Monday - got a call back a couple hours later and Pam came out the following morning right on time. The small crack on my drivers side windshield was fixed in under 30 minutes. Affordable fix, timely service, and honestly just great people. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

Amazing service and communication! And very little wait time to get in line for service, unlike one other big-name windshield repair place I contacted. The other guys were going to be double the money and it was a 3-week wait and I had to go to them, they would not come to me. So Superglass is awesome! They actually come to your location to do your repair at half the cost of the other guys. I had an issue with one of my repairs and they were back out the next day to address the issue, no questions asked. And with a smile! This is the kind of service you just don't get anymore. Good old-fashioned customer service the way it ought to be! Melvin and his wife are super nice folks (I'm sorry, I don't remember the wife's name, unfortunately). We will be calling them again if we ever have another issue. Living in Nashville I can't imagine we will not! Thanks again Superglass!

Melvin & Pam are amazing. Friendly. Reliable. Skilled! Have used them twice now, first they fixed a chip in my windshield, looking at it after you’d never have known it was chipped in the first place; they also restored my headlights which made a world of difference, especially driving at night. I could not have had a better experience with my chipped/cracked glass by using Superglass! Yesterday, I was already on my way to the shop to get a tire sensor fixed when a car kicked a rock up into my windshield. (I did not need another expense!) Because it’s so hot outside, I was encouraged to get it repaired right away, but the “other guys” said it would take a month to come to my house OR I’d have to fight downtown Nashville traffic 5 days from now to get it fixed. Someone referred me to Superglass and when I called Pam, she said, “We can come to you tomorrow!” At 8am, the very next day, I got a sweet call from Melvin letting me know someone was on the way, by 8:30am, Sydrena was in my driveway cheerfully fixing the crack and she was able to complete by 9am - it didn’t need replaced! This is a top notch family company that clearly cares about what they do! Do only one thing different than I did and call them first! :)

The best customer service and price in Nashville! I spent my morning trying to get a chip in my windshield fixed and kept getting quoted half of what it would be to get a new windshield. I'm SO happy I found Melvin's company, not only did he have the best price but he was able to squeeze me in same day. Also, the repair was done so well there's basically no evidence of any chip in the first place. I highly recommend going with him for any car glass repairs!

I called today to get a crack in my windshield repaired and Jackson came out 4 hours later! Super affordable and they drove all the way to Murfreesboro for no extra charge. The crack is now almost invisible thanks to Jackson and saved me over a thousand from getting Lexus windshield replacement! Can’t recommend this company enough!

Superglass was wonderful to work with! I called them at 730 this morning and they were here at my office to fix my windshield at 1030, the same morning. I had called a big name company yesterday, scheduled an appointment for service, and they never showed up. Hope to not have windshield issues again, but if I do - I'll call Superglass first! Jackson repaired two rock chips in our windshield today. He is a fine young man, who is polite, professional, and respectful. Both chips are now virtually unnoticeable. He is an excellent representative for this company. In the past, I have dealt with both Melvin and Pam, who are the owners. Their work ethic is exemplary, and it is apparent that it is pervasive throughout the company. If you have a need for glass repair, RUN, don't walk, to Superglass.
