Rich did an amazing job cleaning our Kia Sedona minivan. We bought our car in 2018, and we literally never cleaned the interior. It had tons of sand everywhere and all sort of other gunk. Also, the leather looked pretty bad in certain areas, especially the gear shift. He showed up a little early and cleaned the car in the estimated time, despite how dirty it was. Honestly, it feels like our car is brand new. All the sand and dirt was completely gone. I didn't notice this before he left, but the center console and gear shift looked brand new. I guess the leather was just dry, but I thought it was damaged, so it was a pleasant surprise to see it look so nice. The exterior of the care looks really nice as well. He was able to get all these yellow spots off the car, which normal car washes don't remove. I booked him again to detail our other car, which he did a great job with. This car was much less dirty, so the difference was not quite as sark. But, the car looks brand new again! More recently, we accidentally left our car door open overnight in the rain. Rich came out early the next day to remove the water and treat to prevent mildew. He resolved our problem, and it has been over a week without any noticeable smell!

Unbelievable experience! Rich is a stud! And his partner David is great as well. They were very prompt, easily reachable, flexible as heck as well- and I have not even gotten to the best part. My car looks BETTER than new. I booked the interior detail, and they completely nailed it. We have a 2019 Honda Accord and we have a 2 year old so you already know how that goes. The car had been a dump for a year or so, once I got the funds and heard about the services I contacted Rich for a quote which was very reasonable. Actually cheaper than everyone else around, but the quality of work was perfect! I already know I will be using their services a couple times a year and honestly would do it more than that if I could. Keep up the awesome work guys!! Edit 5/17/24 Needed another detail & I knew who to hit up. Once again top notch work super detailed they go above and beyond. This isn’t a one time spot that will do you nice the first time just to attract business they respect their customers and value their work. They take pride in it, completely perfect detail car is brand new again!!! Thank you guys! We’ll be back!!

Rich did an amazing job bringing the interior of our Model X back to brand new! We have 3 little kids and they literally trash the inside of our vehicle. Rich did his magic and now it looks as if we just drove off the Tesla sales floor. He also washed, waxed and clay barred the exterior. Thanks for spring cleaning our family vehicle! amazing service! i spilled a banana matcha in my car and it got in compartments i didn't even know existed. i spoke to a few different services before deciding on supreme shine because the spill went into an area that i thought may require seat removal. rich was the only one who said that he would be able to remove the seat if needed. thankfully, he didn't need to - he was able to move the seat around to get to the hidden areas the drink had gotten into. i wish i had taken pictures before he cleaned it to show how bad the stain was, but it was so disgusting that i didn't even want to look at it. rich did an incredible job getting the stain and the smell out and he left my car looking brand new. he also had a great price - everyone else was quoting around $200 for just that section of my car with the spill, but he did the whole car for $250.

Booking was easy and I provided a note detailing the cross streets to look for to avoid confusion. I received multiple emails confirming the appointment and reminding me of the appointment. Rich called three minutes before the appointment to say he'd be late because he didn't read my note about the cross streets and arrived at the wrong house, but he arrived within his updated ETA. I booked the exterior-only detail, and while Rich did a good job overall, some areas (hood, roof, door jambs, rear bumper) had residue, debris, or towel marks that I later cleaned myself. I pointed out some water marks on my rear bumper trim and Rich offered to buff them out for $50. When I declined, he offered to do it at no charge in exchange for Yelp and Google Reviews, which I agreed to. When he plugged in his buffer, the GFCI outlet tripped, cutting power to part of my house and disabling my Internet. We were unable to restore power and I had no phone signal to post a review. Despite the situation, Rich reminded me several times--both before leaving and later by text--to submit reviews or he would send an invoice for the buffing service. TL;DR: -Appointment setup and communication were smooth; Rich arrived slightly late after missing a note I left when I made the appointment, but arrived within the revised ETA. -Detail quality was satisfactory, though not fully thorough. -Equipment use caused an electrical issue that cut power and Internet to my home. (I know of other detailers who bring their own portable generator; Rich may want to invest in one for the business.) -Follow-up communication about leaving a review on Google and Yelp felt overly persistent and unprofessional given the circumstances.

On top of all that he is super cool person. He is a good communicator, too, especially when it comes to arranging when to meet at your house to do the work.
