I have a large lanai that is painted concrete. Over the years, it had gotten very dirty. I am having a birthday party. I wanted to freshen things up a bit, so I hired SWFL PRESSURE WASHING & PAVER SEALING to clean it for me. I am very pleased with RAUL‘s work! He worked me in on a Sunday morning. It took him three hours. He was meticulous in his work and had such patience to get it right. And his pricing is very competitive and reasonable. My lanai looks brand new! I highly recommend this veteran owned and operated business to pressure wash anything that needs cleaning and/or seal your pavers. You will be pleased!

We hired Raul of SWFL Pressure Washing & Paver Sealing to clean, re-sand, and seal our pavers. They were a complete mess! We don't think they were ever sealed, even though we paid to have them sealed back in 2018 by another company, they looked good for a very short time. All I can say is we are so happy to have found Raul. You can tell he takes pride in his work, and takes his time to get it right! They look so beautiful now, they never looked this good since the day they were laid. Until now!! I definitely will call him again the next time we need them cleaned and sealed without hesitation. I highly recommend SWFL Pressure Washing & Paver Sealing. From start to finish it was a very pleasurable experience. I've added a before and after of the front porch. I forgot to take a before of the drive way, but the driveway looks just as good as the porch, and the driveway was a mess!! Not anymore. We are happy customers.

I reached out to SWFL Pressure Washing & Paver Sealing looking for some help in cleaning the driveway and tiles around the pool at our Florida home.
After discussing my needs, Raul promptly got back to me with a quote for pressure washing the areas that we discussed, including the pool cage and sealing of the driveway and tiles around areas.
I approved the work and Raul was able to complete the pressure washing prior to my arrival and agreed to come back after our stay to perform the sealing.
What impressed me the most about the way that Raul handles business is that when he came back to seal the driveway, he tested an area and called me to say that he did not recommend doing it as it would be a temporary fix that could possibly lead to bigger problems down the road.
It is refreshing to deal with an individual that truly understands and cares about customer service.
I unconditionally recommend Raul and SWFL Pressure Washing & Paver Sealing for all of their services!
