This is a business with a heart. There was always someone who picked up the phone to book appointments and to answer questions . When my mom became ill, I actually received comforting words from the people who arranged for the home health care to come to my mom. The healthcare workers were compassionate, cheerful, and trustworthy. I highly recommend this business .

I traveled from out of state to NY to have a surgical procedure and I needed a caregiver to sit with me. Arkady was so nice and connected me with the scheduler Sheena who arranged the sweetest caregiver to sit with me for my procedure and after. I highly recommend this company! My mother was discharged from Rehab and sent home in a wheelchair without anything set in place for her care at home. The center kept saying a particular agency will contact us to set up the services she needed. I contacted that agency a couple of times and was told someone will get back with me but they never did. I contacted Synergy HomeCare and spoke with ARKADY NITKIN to get the help that my mother needed. After filling out the agreement and making all of the arrangement for her she decided that she was not paying the amount that the agency charged. I informed him to just forget about everything because nothing I said or other family members said was changing her mind.
ARKADY NITKIN called her the next day to try to persuade her but she was determined that she was not doing it. Eventhough, she had an attitude with him he still went above and beyond to make sure she received the help she needed. This is something he didn't have to do especeially when she was not using his agency. He was determined to seek for the help she needed and was succesful in doing so, I, greatly appreciate him for what he did and I can't stop thanking him for what he did to make sure she received the help she desperately needed. I truly believe GOD sent him to me for a reason.

Synergy Home Care is the best! I needed help with my sister who suddenly became confined to her bed. I called Synergy. Arkady answered, expressed empathy, got to work immediately and without me having to fill out lots of forms sent an aide. Later in the week, Arkady sent nurse Barbara to evaluate my sister’s condition and even he, flowers in hand, visited! Synergy has a team of managers. I have worked with the lovely and caring Mari on scheduling and Sean in finance. To my surprise, even the numbers person expressed care! I have on occasion had to cancel an aide’s visit, or on other occasions ask for last minute help and I have never been met with scolding or a lecture, only understanding. The aides have been good: kind and very helpful. We had one aide In the beginning, when we were all just getting to know each other, who both my sister and I felt was not a suitable match. I told Arkady. Problem solved! Next day there was a different aide. One with whom my sister felt more at ease. I am very grateful for all that this fine company has done for our family. Synergy home care is amazing I have to especially thank Marie she is absolutely amazing she is one of the coordinators she is so helpful and very respectful, always available she works overtime she it’s so inspiring especially during the COVID-19 pandemic she Reached out to a lot of the aids and made sure we had everything we needed she was very supportive during very difficult times and always kept it totally professional. I believe that Synergy will be the leading home care agency and will grow extremely in the near future because they have a very committed and organized team of people who are dedicated, positive and genuinely caring.

SYNERGY HomeCare was simply outstanding from beginning to end! When we suddenly needed urgent support with homecare and also coordinating with in-home hospice. Mari Toledo and her team of loving caregivers were superstars, from their level of professionalism to their communication and responsiveness as developments rapidly changed. Especially Helen Baldaino who was indispensable for us. The level of customer service and support by Shawn Walden with billing was exceptional. There was never a moment when our family did not feel completely taken care of and supported. Their sensitive and caring staff were a godsend to us every step of the way. We could not have managed without them and we could not be more grateful.

We engaged SYNERGY to help fill our need for an aide for my Mom for Sundays at first, and then as my mother's needs grew, for daily overnight help as well. Both Arkady Nitkin and Sheena Bray were very helpful in helping us navigate to find aides that were a good match for both her personality and her needs. They were interested in any feedback we had along the way, and the aides we finally landed on have been stellar. In particular, I'd like to call out Josephine, Sheron, and Shamsiya (Sunny), each of whom we have grown exceedingly fond. All three are so caring and have been lovely, engaging companions for my 95 year old mother.

We only used Synergy services for emergency care for just a couple of days. The caregivers worked12 hour shifts. They were compassionate, caring and certainly helpful. (My sister and I were there a good part of the time but couldn’t handle our brother ourselves.)
I had been in contact all along with Arkady Nitkin, their Chief Experience Officer. I mention him because I was in contact with Arkady multiple times. He was very responsive, knowledgeable about the business, highly professional and easy to communicate with. He was definitely concerned with the clients and with the caregivers. Without their services we would have been in quite a bind.

SYNERGY Home Care provided compassionate and consistent care for my mom after elbow surgery. Their management was outstanding - I always received an immediate and compassionate response every time I reached out. The aides that Synergy sent helped my Mom with meals, walking, light household and other chores. She was dependent on them for almost 3 months, and she could not have made a full recovery without them. The President of Synergy and my Case Manager were outstanding in helping me negotiate not only the schedule of aide, but also the forms and insurance. I had a 100% positive experience with Synergy when looking for help for my father. From my first contact with Arkady, we were treated with respect and concern, and total transparency about costs and process. The caregiver we were sent just days after that first call was warm and professional. In our case, we only needed short term help, and Synergy absolutely followed through on their promise that we would not be stuck in a contract. When we decided to discontinue, it was as simple as a text message and there were never any surprise charges. I was so nervous to try to find help and feel very lucky to have found a company that earned my trust. I will absolutely reach out in the future if needed and would highly recommend them to anyone.
