Synergy missed my appointment by a couple hours and unfortunately didn't communicate the issue they were having with their vehicle until I had called them. Fernando with Synergy did make it later in the day however and did a solid job on my 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan, window was fixed in 45 minutes and they even went the extra mile and cleaned up some of the glass that was still in my vehicle. Without a doubt would recommend.

This is absolutely hands down the best window repair service I've ever seen! I dealt with Abraham who was very professional and so attentive! He met me when I pulled up at Fred Haas Nissan in Tomball, Texas. And quickly ascertained what caused my front passenger window to crack. And all I had to do was give him my proof of insurance from geico. Within minutes he had a claim started for me! He also arranged to have not only the window repair but the tinting of the glass done conveniently at my dealership in tomball. This provided me the convenience of having shuttle service to and from my home while the work was being done. I cannot say enough about Synergy glass repair. I highly recommend them as they provided the absolute best customer service before during and after my repair!

I found Synergy Windshield Repair while searching the internet for a company to replace my windshield. After getting estimates and reading online reviews. Synergy seemed like my best bet. I know I made the right choice. You can call or text to make get an estimate. I texted and Abraham replied back fast. His price for the repair was the cheapest I found. I made the appointment at 10 am. Abraham texted me 30 minutes ahead of time to let me know the installer was on their way. The installer arrived a 7 minutes before 10 am. The installer was friendly and fast with the replacement. It was less the 1 hour. When I called to pay, Abraham customer service was unbeatable!!! He has serveral ways you can pay. Making it very convenient! I totally recommend Synergy Windshield Repair!!! I saved their number to my phone not only for future service. But to give to anyone who asks me about a place they can go for a windshield replacement. Thank you Abraham for your incredible customer service and quick repair!!!

I had the pleasure of working with Abraham from Synergy Service Repair at Fred Haas Nissan. He noticed a crack on my windshield and immediately took action, working quickly to get it fixed. He even reached out to my insurance company to handle everything. My insurance company was having technical difficulties, so they weren’t able to review my account. Instead of Abraham leaving me to figure everything out, he continuously reached out to them throughout the day until they were back online. This saved me time and stress. Abraham was extremely polite and professional, and it’s clear he’s highly skilled at what he does.

I encourage anyone that thinks about using Synergy to read my review first. I should note now that Abraham, the owner, is the only person I communicated with via text/ phone calls. I've done business twice with Synergy. My first time was on January 31st for a side window replacement. Total cost $300. The worker arrived to my house and began taking the door apart. Roughly an hour had passed and I checked to see how things were going, he said it was going okay but it was difficult due to the complexity of the door. Another hour or two passed and he was finishing up. I looked at it and it looked fine to me so I paid him. After he left I rolled the window down as well as all the others, and I noticed the one that was replaced went up and down much slower than all the others. But it worked so I left it alone. I reached out to Synergy again about replacing my back glass because it was damaged from the storm. On May 3rd an order was placed for OEM back glass. Total cost $950. On May 10th the same worker as before came and began removing the broken back glass. After an hour or so passed I checked how things were going and I noticed there was still a good amount of broken glass that was not vacuumed at the bottom of the C pillar. I asked if he was going to vacuum it and he said he couldn't because he had no vacuum hose attachments. At that time I also took notice of how the interior C pillar panels were "unclipped", this will be important later. 4-5 hours pass and he finishes, unfortunately I didn't think it would take that long and I was in a rush to leave for an appointment. I took a very quick look and paid him so I could leave in a different vehicle. Due to rain it took a couple days before I could take a better look at the back glass. I then realized the gps antenna was way off center and it was obvious due to the lines from the defrost. I called Abraham about it and he said to text him some photos, so I did. He agreed it needed to be fixed and said he'd let me know when the worker could come. A couple days later I was driving the car and immediately noticed the interior C pillar panels were "off". I assumed they were not clipped in properly. After closer inspection I realized the clips were completely broken. I reached out to Abraham again about this and he said to send pics, so I did. Fast forward nearly a month later and the worker finally comes and fixes the antenna. Since Abraham never offered to come look at the car, I kindly explained to the worker how he broke the clips to the C pillar panels and the correct way that they should have been removed. I told him not to worry about it and that I would explain to Abraham it was an honest mistake, and I would discuss with him about getting it replaced. He said okay and left. A couple days later I called Abraham and asked how we were going to handle the broken C pillar panel clips. He said the worker told him that I said I was going to get them fixed/replaced myself. No idea how that miscommunication happened. Once again I explain everything to him. I also said I could send him a YouTube video that shows the panels so he can get a better visual. In the video it showed how to properly remove and re-install them. He said to send him the link which I did. I also said I found diagrams and instructions straight from Mercedes that go in detail about the same thing, I sent those as well. And I sent him more photos of the how my panels were left looking and the broken clips. While sending all this information to him I found that the clips and panel are one mold together, so the whole panel needed to be replaced. I added that in text. Something I left out was that the worker left countless marks/scratches on the paint along the C pillar and glass. After sending this information, I never heard from him again. After 4 weeks of waiting I tried calling and texting multiple times with no reply. After 6 weeks I sent my last text which I will also show a screenshot of. Unfortunately, they have no physical location. So I could not try to go and talk with him in person.

Abraham was awesome. I found him online and he answered the phone right away. Luckily he was heading in my direction so it was just a 15 minute wait. He met me at my office and was done in less than 30 minutes. I’ve never done mobile repair and was worried that there would be extra fees involved. Abraham assured me that they don’t charge those type of fees and it would be a flat rate. I paid out of pocket to avoid my insurance company but they do accept it if needed. The crack was repaired and it even came with a warranty. I can find the small crack lines if I’m looking for them but it looks clean and professional from the inside. The place where the rock hit isn’t noticeable from the outside now. I will definitely be calling Abraham in case this ever happens again. Picture shows before and after. The after is hard to see which is the goal ;)

Long overdue review. This guy is excellent on his job. I had a rock hit my windshield and he fixed it, just to have me calling him back again with another job since another rock hit my windshield again the next day. That saying that lighting doesn't strike twice -- not so sure. Fully recommended!

Abraham was AMAZING! I found Synergy through a quick Google search and was relieved to hear they took insurance for windshield chip repairs. He was very professional and prompt. Abraham came to my work place to repair the chips and he did a FABULOUS job. He repaired an additional chip that I did not realize was there. The 2 chips that were small have basically disappeared. I had a larger chip on my windshield I was concerned about and he did a great job at sealing it to ensure it didn't spread and it is barely noticeable. I will definitely be recommending Abraham and Synergy to others and will use them again (if needed).

Exceptional service! My car was broken into and my driver’s window was completely shattered.
