My dealership had me go here to get a window regulator replaced for free I called and made an appointment they didn't order the parts for my car then when I got there they took apart the door then asked me if I had the part I said no cuz it's supposed to be free for me so then they call and order one and tell me I have to drive to get it with my window down they won't tape it up or I can wait there for 3 hours they have no waiting room also wouldn't tape my window so I can return in three hours when they had the part

This place doesn't advertise and it's set back off the main road so it's like you have to know someone to get your car in. Jim is a superior mechanic from the old school and the most honest man in the trade I have ever met. He's pretty much a one man army so if you are in a hurry this probably isn't your guy. But if you can afford to wait until he has a bay open you won't find anyone more dedicated to fixing your vehicle for the fairest price. I have been able to avoid expensive car payments and instead have been driving used cars with 100,000+ miles that preform well my whole life because of Jim's ability and commitment.
