Caution! There are two Auto Glass at the same place. One of them is 742 and the other one is 730. I was recommended to go to 742 but I went to 730 mistakenly. However, the service was more than worst I’ve ever had. He always try to capture the customers without confirmation likewise, how much the cost would be etc. Once you go there, he’ll be like, “how can I help you?” After that, “ok I’ll help you within shortly.” And that’s it. You don’t even know how long it’ll be. I fixed my radio and he took 2 days to fix for no reason. He doesn’t have enough equipment, product or device. Charges really extra. He sent me so many places to get a part wherein, he supposed to get that part. On top of that he charged me double for second day. You should know that, you don’t have the harness and you can’t fix it without harness. First day he opened the entire radio, and then he said, “Oh, I don’t have the harness. You need the harness”. I’d been there 5 hrs but he didn’t tell me that he doesn’t have that part. It was 11 O’clock And everything was closed. I had nothing to do but going home with that incomplete work. He told me he’ll look for it in the local market. If he can’t find it in the local market, he’ll order it for me. The next day I called him at 11 O’clock what I told to do, and he said he just walked in the and he’ll call me within few hours. But he never called me. Eventually, I went to his store, and he waited me 2 hrs to get be at me. And then he called someone and let me know it’s not available in the local market. Then he sent me to Best Buy and so many places. I was in his store 11 hrs second day by going so many places to get the item I needed in between. He supposed to know can he fix the issue before he started. He doesn’t even know can he fix the issue or not and he started working on it. Importantly, he couldn’t even finish the work. He charged me $100 extra for back camera, and the camera isn’t working now because he didn’t tie the wire properly. He was trying to do ASAP. So much unprofessionalism and inconvenient because of greediness. I’ll never go to this shop any more and you guys do not make the same mistake I did. I’d rather go 742 but not this one.

Most tint shops charge $100, but this shop charges $125. When I asked why I was told because they are the best and use only top of the line products. I paid the $125 but had to wait for over 3 1/2 hours in the cold (it was late on a winter Saturday night 3 yrs ago). It was not the best job as the owner “T” proclaimed. Each window had at least 1 or more bubbles and most upsetting of all is that the tint got lighter as time went by. My back windshield was 2 levels below street legal but became lighter than my friends street legal tints.

Terrible costumer service, I recommend you save your time and go somewhere more professional. First they told me to make an appointment, I gave them my number and everything and I never got a call. I went a few days later, they told me 2 hours, I came 2 hours later to be told another 30-40 min... I cam an hour after and my car WASN'T EVEN TOUCHED YET. After i started to get mad and ask him why it took so long he didn't even care and just asked if I wanted to leave. I waited over 3 hours for NOTHING!!!

Worst experience I've ever had. I can't believe I waited patiently for 5 hours to be serviced and still didn't get serviced. The owner wasn't rude or anything it's just he favored and prioritize other customers.

Zero out of 5, 0/5. Lack of experience and waste of your time. Worst at no limit, left my work truck for four days and every day he promised to finish the alarm and window tinting but nothing got done. New stories every day and twice a day. At the end I had to take my truck out and leave. Waste of four days on it and couldn’t do my own work without the truck. if you want anything to get done you have to stand there and have it done upfront, but don’t leave your vehicle there. I was driving and heard a noise in my car. and It kept getting stronger and I pass the shop and ask for help. I didn’t have an appointment, but it was urgent that I needed something done and he looked into it and took care of the problem with patience. He showed me what was wrong before he fixed. I was done within 45 minutes. Excellent work.

I went there to fix my car door switch. I was waiting there for a while and for some reason I left my car in the store and went away for a while. After I came back and asked the mechanic what happened? He told me that he checked the car and told me that he need to order parts which is a master switch something like that . He charged $50 for doing nothing and even he didn’t tell me that for the check. I felt like he didn’t even check the car. It was completely lie and he’s such a scammer. He told me that come back tomorrow and I went there but shops closed. After that I went other mechanic shops to fix the door locks. Over there mechanic told me that it was a fuse problem and I just need to replace the fuse that’s all. After that he replaced the new fuse and than my car door lock fixed. Now I understand that T&M Auto mechanic guy tried to take advantage and make money. He’s a greedy, scammer and crooks! Just stay away from this mechanic shops!

WARNING!!! This place is a joke. Hours of waiting, no help, and zero respect for your time. I wouldn’t come back if they paid me. Go literally anywhere else....READ THE PREVIOUS REVIEWS THIS PLACE should be out of business.... The owner should be embarrassed. This level of service is unacceptable, and it reflects a complete failure of leadership and the person he is.

Makes you wait a long time like i mean a really long time after telling you it will be half an hour it takes almost 3 hours to have your vehicle looked at. Then they also up charge even after finalizing a price beforehand because the “work is more”?? Also the owner is really rude and disrespectful.

One star is too generous for this place!!!! I had the worst experience ever at this mechanic shop on Coney Island. I went there to get a quote for my broken car window, but the guy there ripped me off and held my car hostage. He said he needed to park the car and take a look at the window, but I told him I just wanted to know the price. He said okay, but then he came back with an outrageous number that was way higher than any other place I called. When I asked for my keys back, he refused to give them to me unless I paid him $100 for nothing! He claimed he did some work on the window, but that was a lie. He also said he didn’t take credit cards and I had to go to the ATM across the street to get cash. This guy is a scammer and a criminal who should be in jail! (soon will be! I submitted a police report). Do not go to this place or any other mechanic on Coney Island Ave. They are all crooks who will try to take advantage of you. Stay away from this place and find a reputable mechanic elsewhere!

*1/5 stars* I had a horrible experience at this auto electronics store. When I called to inquire about a headlight in stock, the owner was rude, telling me to "come down" instead of simply answering my question about availability. I explained I didn't live close by, but he still insisted I come down and he will "help" me. Upon arrival, he had me park in a specific spot and attended to another car, making me wait. Out of boredom, I entered the shop to browse, where a black employee (who refused to give his name) wearing green Versace glasses spoke to me extremely rudely, telling me to leave and pointing to a sign. When I asked him to speak politely, he got aggressively close, clenching fists and yelling with awful breath. Despite my requests for him to step back, he refused. The store owner witnessed this and did nothing to intervene or tell the employee to be respectful. After this altercation, I asked about the headlight and was told they didn't have it. As I tried to leave, the aggressive employee stood over my driver's side window, refusing to move and being aggressive. I couldn't leave without risking hitting him due to his proximity to my car. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in any store. Employees should be trained to treat customers with respect and dignity. I strongly advise others to avoid this auto electronics store due to the unacceptable behavior of their staff.

Stay away from this place! This guy is a total scammer. He pretends to fix your car but does a terrible job and takes your money. The problem came back right after I left, and when I tried to talk to him, he didn’t care at all. No honesty, no skill, no respect for customers. Don’t waste your time or money here — go somewhere professional!

2 hour wait and bad communication about what was going on but the guy put in a new rear window very expertly for $200 which seemed a good price. Also he vacuumed all the glass from my car and left it generally much cleaner than before.

I can see your rating . Is very good. I Should check it before i go there. It’s My mistake . And i already pay my price. And hope everyone lied about you on there comments. . I was in rush to get my work done . Change a light bulb is take my 4 hour. I was around 7.30 leave there around 11.30 .changing the just lights you charge just 2 light bulbs 150$ i can purchase online way cheaper than that . But time is money you waste my time . Thats mens you waste my money. I wasn’t mind paying you 150 with my big smile . But make my day Bad . . And you saying i m laying. And off course i will deserve everything god . (Allah) will give me. And you too. Earn halal.brother. Allah always gives chance to everyone. Live halal. You was telling me your story about what happened with you. Now i can see why Allah do this you . .
