Sustainable Wave
Was looking for a bra.Asked employee for help. Employee #1: I don't have time to help I'll call someone. Employee #2: I don't know what your item is and I don't have a computer to look it up.Ill call someone Employee #3: we don't have that in stock. *Walks away* I then found it myself several minutes later. Useless staff. Store is clean though so that's nice.

Jazman was SOOOO helpful with our self service check out. We kept needing help because we just don't use target often as we were from out of town. She helped us do a split payment, helped with our gift card promo, and she helped me scan my target arcade that I nervously could not find. She didn't complain and had a smile on her face the entire time we had to bother her. We really appreciated the kindness and patience.

Safety total lack of. On July 4th at 3:30 my family stopped into do some shopping. We were near the one of the clothing areas by electronics. There was a guy on a lift working in the ceiling as soon as he was done he started moving the lift when my wife was less than 5 feet from him. I had to tell my wife to move because this guy was moving and in a hurry that he didn't matter. He never stopped it and the zone around these things is supposed to be 10ft and 5ft safety zone. These people need to be either restrained or not allowed to use it

I love this Target! Yes, it could be better. However, I have to consider the location. This is a small town and this is a nice store considering this. I have been to some Targets in other locations and walked out and left because of the disarray. This one is actually decent. Plus, the staff are always kind and helpful when I need them.

If a customer chooses to use self-checkout, that choice should be respected. I was walking toward an open self-checkout when an employee stopped me and told me to go in the line instead—even after I said I didn’t want to. I don’t care how long the line is; I made my preference clear. Being redirected like that felt unnecessary, dismissive, and disrespectful. Not everyone wants interaction, and that should be honored.

I ordered a lawnmower online. I headed to Target. Once I got to the parking lot, I called the store and pushed the number for pick up items. A young lady answered the phone, talked me through where to park and in less than 10 minutes I pulled up to the front door - she was there with my 85# box on a cart. She helped me put the box in my trunk!! Great employee. I saved $70 by ordering online!!

🍇I MISS ALL GROCERIES that a normal Super Target carries that this store fails to because YOU, corporate, make more money on the Rx, so you refuse to put in a grocery store. 🥑 🥯I miss nice baristas at coffee counter.☕️ 🥦We will probably change to another CVS and not bother going in there anymore. The main reason I went to [other] Targets was for groceries and my coffee prior to shopping. ☕️ 🥨So, if corp won't put in a real grocery market at this shop and if the customer service is bad [whether on the floor or at the coffee shop, just horrible], it's pointless for me to go in. [The clothes and especially the shoes, are low quality, so I don't shop in those departments anyway]. 🥖🥐🍞 Usual Target Store Stuff: Usually clean, bright & warm lights and a water bottle filling fountain! Thank you! 🧊 💧 🚫No produce! 🍇🍓🍋 No Meats! I miss the grocery store Target! 🎯⛔️

Stay away. Tried to go buy a few things, no one to help at register, huge line at self check out. Mentioned this to an employee—who was literally scratching under her armpit as we are talking—she said, “oh they’ve got it. “ Who’s got it?? Put my items down & left. SMH

The people who work here are friendly and helpful. I know the line is usually long, but it’s the only Target in Jacksonville and for quite some distance. Mostly stocked well, and I have no complaints. It matters most to me that employees are friendly.
