It had a cracked screen on my iPhone I called and talked to Adam and told him I was in need of iPhone repair, he said to bring it in and he will get it fixed. I dropped my phone off and within an hour they called me to tell me my phone was ready for pickup. Very professional and honest. The price will beat any other company around.

I would recommend looking elsewhere for educational Chromebook repairs lots of other more professional places. I had to work with Adam for about a year at my last position. Repairs started to take longer and longer all while returning Chromebooks back to our school that were still broken. Techs On Hand had poor communication leaving us to wonder where our devices were, a lot of them being 5+ months out for "Repairs".

Try to avoid this place by any means!! ..Unprofessional , dishonest, rude people !!!
He promised to fix my computer for 4-5 days. After one week I start calling , nobody answering , went to his office , .. no response for 3 weeks. After taking computer home I experienced a serious problem with my PC. I had been calling again for 2-3 months - no response. Later
He told me that he was not responsible for this problem.

Over the weekend an object fell on my screen of my 6S phone and shattered. I asked Adam Longtin if he could fix it. He said he could. He ordered the part immediately and fixed it two days later! He fixed it within 15 minutes! Anytime I have any issues with any technology whether it be a phone or computer problem he is always right there answering or repairing any and all issues. I would highly recommend Mr. Longtin for any and all technology issues or concerns.
