Amazing customer service I have received in a long time.I was driving home from the UC and my front left tire blew out. Called and I was given and amazing quote and he was able to come to my residence due to my situation and replace all my tires. Easiest transaction and quote great price professional and friendly. Mind you I call around 6:00pm tonight and it was all done in 2 hours (I live locally in Merced). I will recommend this place to anyone who need amazing a great service especially in a time of need.

Our tires popped on our way back home from a road trip and we needed assistance well after midnight. AAA could not assist us and we had to look for someone outside of their network. I found Telonzo Tires and saw that it said 24 hour service. The owner of Telonzo Tires helped us and got us back on the road in no time. Very reasonably priced, knowledgeable, and friendly. I had trouble with a flat tire that i could not get fixed for the longest time ! My bolts were stripped and i had a lot of people try and fix it but no one was able to do it until i called telonzo tires and road services! Called this tire shop today because I needed to have some locking lug nuts removed. My wheel lock key was stolen a week ago when my car was broken into. They asked me to send over a picture so I did and he answered back within minutes with an Amazon link for the wheel lock key. When he called he told me that taking the lug nuts off would cost a lot more than just buying this replacement key and that way I would always have it. Integrity and honesty are what this tire shop is all about! THANK YOU!

Had 3 blowouts on my trailer in the span of 2 hours off of hwy 99 after midnight. Called Mario twice back to back and both times he was super quick, efficient, professional, and very friendly! I had both of my passenger tires blow out on the outskirts of Merced, effectively leaving my sister and I stranded on the side of the highway an hour and a half away from home. It was already dark and insurance said a tow would take 3 hours to get to me - Telonzo came to our rescue in about 20 minutes. Mario is a lifesaver!!! He helped my two kids tonight when their car's two tires blew on a dark highway in Merced. The tow truck the insurance sent gave them an ETA of 3+ hours. Their Dad & I are both in Fresno, 1 1/2 hours away. I called Mario & he was awesome! He got there super fast & put on the tires, even checked the other two. I can't thank him enough!! Had a flat tire on 140 close to Cathy’s Valley around 6:30pm when all the tire shops were closed. I found Telonzo (35 minutes away from us) on google with good reviews so called them and Mario showed up with an extra tire in case the flat tire was not fixable, but he fixed it really fast and we went back on the road less than 1:30 minutes. Highly recommend this service.

LIFE SAVER!!! We got 2 flats from a bolt on the freeway, we were over 100 miles from home and called Telonzo Tires. 20 minutes later we met at a gas station, he repaired our tires and we were on our way home within the hour. He met with us late night and was able to give us a tire while he ordered new ones for us. OH! And his business is mobile too so he will meet you where you are. Listen, I’ve never written a review online for anything in my life, but this man truly deserves one. First and foremost, Mario, is genuinely a good human being. He goes above and beyond to help you. I was on my way back to Fresno from Mariposa when I hit a rock and my tire 🛞 got a flat. I called this shop and Mario picked up right away and was super helpful (it was the first time I ever got a flat tire in my life). He showed up to my location in less than an hour with all the necessary supplies needed to replace my tire with a spare. He went above and beyond to make sure everything fit perfectly and answered all the questions I had as well as making sure my other tires were okay too. This all happened on a very rainy and cold day by the way. The sweetest and kindest part was that he even sent a text asking and making sure whether or not my family and I got home safely. It is very rare to find a genuinely good & hard working person these days, and that’s exactly what Mario is. My family and I were very blessed to have him nearby to help us.
