Will and his team (especially Maddie) in the service department are absolutely amazing! We had an issue that another dealership couldn’t figure out, but Will and his crew got it fixed quickly and kept us updated every step of the way. Their communication was excellent, and their customer service is top notch. We’re more than willing to drive from Thibodaux to Houma just to have our vehicles serviced here. Have been a loyal customer for more than 20 years till now. Went in to trade in one of my f-250 trucks purchased from them and wanted a trade in value and look at a smaller truck. They ran my credit at 3 places without informing me as they already had my info then gave me a low low offer on my trade and I walked out. The Toyota dealership was very friendly and offered me 3 grand more on my trade starting offer. After test driving and looking at the features I decided to go with Toyota. Much better truck and Staff not scam artists.

Mrs Fontenot was amazing every step of the way. It went in for a recall and an oil change! However when it comes to the body shop; After my car being in the body shop a good 2 months and still having issues I would never recommend the body shop. But I would definitely recommend Mr Keith Bankston as the go to salesman any day of the week; And Mrs Fontenot as service advisor!

The hardest working team in the tri-parish area by far. Brandon Lebouef was very professional, but down to earth at the same time making the buying process real easy and comforting. At one point he was handling myself and other customers that came in for him at the same time, even putting in effort to help clean the vehicle while the wash rack guy was out.
