Worst gas station on this side of town... doesn't matter when you come in they are always doing a shift change... Just plain terrible service! Cashiers always have and attitude! I'm sure they are always losing business

The car wash very bad .. it dose not do the job please dont wasr your money .... it looks high tech but it just a show it dose not do the job also there is nothing wrong with that wash mechanically it is simply bad design..

I come here quite often. They always have the drinks I want. The prices are not very competitive but still reasonable. Convenience is the main factor anyways.

The old black guy that works the graveyard shift is one of the rudest person I've ever met, not to mention racist. I thougt terrible was just the name of the store. I didn't know it represented the service. Please do everyone a favor and fire him before he hurt himself.

The attendants are friendly and the place is clean. They have slots here and it is your typical convenience store. There's a public restroom here just get the key.

Aside from the arrogant service member who doesnβt seem to understand customer service and approach, the surcharges for Cash Back is 2.00 and the Prices on Cigarettes are 9.99. Not good for any business to start hiking the prices during this pandemic, especially where there are options across the street and next blocks.

Was denied service today due to not having a mask on. The lady at the counter would not ring me up; her coworker then came out of the back room without a mask on. I will be reporting this violation of the American's With Disabilities Act to the proper channels

the customer service at this location is garbage. They young lady that works there in the morning between 615 - 630 am is so dang rude. Truly i think she hates herself so she hates her job. She always says she doesn't have change so you literally cannot make a purchase. Im sure she is costing this store tons of business. How do you not have change for cash purchases?

Went for the car wash. My car was quite dirty so l purchased the $6 & $12 wash. After going through both my car was notβ clean. I got my money back but what really bothered me was that they are aware there equipment is not functioning properly yet they are still selling car wash tickets. In my book that's stealing.

If i could put a negative star rating I would. This is by far the worst gas station I have ever been to. The car wash that i purchased missed the entire top of my car and when I told the girl inside she pretended to be the manager and fought with me to upgrade my car wash and go back through and still the second did not even touch the top of my car. I went back in and asked for the corporate number and the "manager" name (Angela). Then when I called corporate they blew me off and told me they couldn't do anything. They didn't even offer to issue me a refund. Worst company and store ever.

2 times I have paid for the $13 car wash while pumping gas. only to find out the car wash was broken. They will not refund your money because they said people were scamming, so they scammed me out of $26 dollars. Terrible is a fitting name for a company that is this bad. Never going to use them again. They even started price hiking their gas. I guess its shame on me for letting them do it twice.

The air pump does NOT work as it should. Clearly says $2.00 for 5 minutes goes off in 3. After speaking to staff, they lost the remote to turn in on from inside. -___- really? This place seems to have a lot of complaints.

2.99 for a bic lighter. That's a bit pricey though that wasn't the problem with my experience here. They have a cool selection of animal/fantasy print lighters. The problem is; the point of sale display only shows 5 to 6 lighters. The rest in the display are in columns and there were many more designs than what the display can show at once. I asked the clerk to see some of the other designs and he says "I can't pull them all out" I request one a few spots behind the front one. He grabs it and compliments on the cool design, which it was. We proceed to check out and I see the 2.99 and decide for that price, I'd want to make sure I'm getting the design I really want, however, since he was unwilling to show me the other prints, I had no way of knowing the answer to that question. I decided I will online to find other options I can take my time to appreciate before making this important decesion. This was around 10pm. There was no one else in the store during this interaction. Had our positions been reversed, I the clerk and he the customer, there is no doubt in my mind I would have made sure the customer saw all of the varieties offered. Oh well! One star. Spend your money somewhere else is possible.

Car Wash Slayer
I was shocked to see a line at this car wash. It only has 2.3 stars and for quality and convience it should have more. $15 car wash will last me forever. I love the setup and the dual arms. Please people get in line and try the $15 wash today. I always use them for all my needs when someone else's wash is busy and I can't wait.

3 bad experiences with the African American new cashier lady. Twice with me, she seemed irritated about having to run up items EBT, not sure if she don't know what she's doing or what. But had to hear her say on two occasions oh man I don't got time for this and just grumble. Then what made matters worse was when my kids complained that she was rude and loud to them in the store the other day. And banged on the glass rudely to get their attention. Please train your employees better customer service and social skills. We Won't be coming back to that location.
