Went in for 25,000 mile service, they tried to upsell me a decarbonization treatment for USD 395 they claimed was advised by Toyota every 8,000 miles (though not on any of the manuals) when picking up the car, and after payment by debit card I was forced to accept a mechanics lean on the car to get the keys back (not in case of non-payment, just every customer is required to accept a lean on the vehicle regardless)★☆☆☆☆ 3 months ago
