Zero stars because i rescheduled work to drop off a car, then was told the quote was not 700 as per told by the "secratary". Then was told a quote of 2600 then told him i was quoted at 1400 at two other places and he told me he can only match it if it was cash. Then told me he offers a warranty if paint peels, which made me feel as if the paint job would not be flawless. Leaving an honest review

So I got a quote from this place for the parts and labor was the cheapest of 3 estimates so I used them to do the work however a few days went by once it was in the shop and told me the glass vendor went out of business 10 years ago and cant find the glass piece needed its been months now and still no glass after the vehicle is paid in full and 0 updates since the vehicle was repaired have they found one yet no and I've been doing my research to find a replacement when it should be the shop itself im very disappointed in all of this and the end results not coming through im very upset with this place and lack of communication not finding what is needed to get the job done right in the first place

"I never thought I’d be grateful for a car accident—but then I met The Bumper Man team. From the moment I called, they made me feel like family, not just a number on a claim. They walked me through the entire insurance process, handled the back-and-forth with my adjuster, and even helped with a tow when I couldn't get the car to move and he even helped me get into a rental at a great price from his friends. Most of all he provided me multiple ways to pay the deductible without it being a drain on my wallet. But what really blew me away? When I picked up my car, it didn’t just look fixed—it looked better than it did before the accident. Flawless paint, no sign of the damage, and the inside had even been detailed. I was speechless. They even took out some of the smaller nicks and scratches I had accumulated over the years on the opposite side of the cars damage. I’ve never trusted a body shop like this. Great body shop! I had my front bumper replaced and some painting done on the side for some scratches and they did an amazing job and it took less time than they estimated it would. They did a little extra with paint job to make sure it all looked good and blended well. The price I was quoted was what I paid so I didn’t have any surprises when it came time to pay. I’ve had my car for years and decided I wanted to fix it up a little since I wanted to keep it a few more years and my 2013 Corolla looks good as new! I would recommend The Bumper Man to anyone needing quality bodywork done on their car.

I'm so impressed with the quality of work they provided. My daughter's car had two huge dents, one in the front bumper and another on the back bumper, and a smaller one on the side. The car completely looks brand new. The added bonus is that they removed some scruff marks and detailed the car. It looks amazing! The price was competitive and the customer service was outstanding.
