I washed my car there all the time but the last 3 times including today ended up in me being scammed by this car wash facility, I pay 23.00 for the top wash solely to get that wonderful ceramic coating but all I see being sprayed on is just water instead of the blue color ceramic coating I'm so used to, shame on this place for scamming all those who pay for this service...

Good facility, I saw that the car wash didn’t do the best job of cleaning my car although I did the second level wash but no major issues. Good vacuums which are free to use and they even have a car mat washer which is cool.

Actually, the place is a dump. Nothing works properly, I paid for a wash and all I got was soap and a lousy rinse. No power wash at all. They gave me a free wash, went to redeem my free wash and it wouldn’t work.

I am not one for leaving negative reviews- BUT I have tried this location 3 different times, and used 3 different bays. The results have been awful each time! Their colorful soap is left on my car, their 'high pressure' water rinse is barely stronger than your average hose water pressure. Bird poo has remained on my window (ran it through the same day the bird did its business), and other dirt/ dusty areas have remained on my hood and lower door areas after using this car wash. If I'm spending $23 per wash, I expect better results! On a good note, their 'free' vacuums worked well for my interior.

So last night I was there vacuuming my car and a piece I have to start my car fell on the floor and I accidentally vacuumed it up. I couldn't get in contact with anyone so had to have my car towed as I couldn't start it. I got a call this morning from a manager for that site and he went out of his way to pull apart one of the vacuum canisters and found it! He called me right away and met so I could get the key piece I needed. Thank you so much!

It's a pretty decent car wash. I've only ever used the touch less. The only complaint would be the dryers. They are built-in and not as strong and the kind you drive through. Reasonably priced. Plenty of vacuum and trash cans. I

Came across this place driving back from Bradley airport, car needed wash, very caked with salt, touch-less car wash worked wonders, the car wash center of east Windsor has better equipment setup for touch-less car washing that competitors, will return, didn’t see a spec of dirt on my bright red car 🚗 after washing!!! Highly recommend.

All of the vacuums and air compressors have been broken and shut off for over a week now with no signs put up by the owners acknowledging it or warning customers. And the center wash tunnel has been defective for about 2 weeks. The soap seems very diluted, missing the colors and thickness that the other two tunnels have. The water pressure on all of the mechanisms in the center tunnel is about 1/2 or 2/3 the pressure that the other two tunnels have. Plus the air blowers also seem less powerful in the center tunnel since my car is still covered in water when it’s done. This is the problem with having a car wash that never has any employees working there. You can’t just stop by every few weeks to check on this place. There needs to be more accountability there because customers are not getting what they are paying for and there isn’t even an employee there to fix any of this!
