You get what you pay for. If you're looking for a budget detail job on your vehicle, then that's what you'll get and maybe some damaged or swirled paint to go with it. I know just enough about car paint/clear coats to know that you don't want a person who isn't very knowledgeable working on yours. Robert & Nick have been doing this for quite a while and know what they are doing and can make your car look like new, literally. They just did my wifes 2015 Mercedes ML350, it looks like it just rolled out of Lyle Pearson's showroom. Also had them work on my practice manager's Buick Enclave, it's cobalt blue-ish paint looks like it's 'on'. Hard to explain but it looks amazing. Detail Drs is the only place in the Treasure Valley that I would let touch my cars. I'll definitely use them again.

We purchased this car from an elderly lady, used but not abused on the interior and it needed "cleaning and FRESHENING" UP. (It still has an "odor" of sorts but we'll buy some type of air fresheners) Carpets, seats etc. looked nice and a very NICE young man to work with however, for $189.00 one of the inside compartments was missed and the "additional" $10 for a "hand wash" should have gotten all dust/etc. off the exterior of the car (which there were missed spots) and our registration/insurance papers didn't make it back inside the car. The young man offered to bring them to us but we opted to pick them up when we make a trip to town on Thursday. Not completely satisfied but not totally "dis-satisfied" either. IF "Brayden" wants to build business here in McCall...........he must not miss "details". This is our very first time having a car "detailed." Rick & Pat Skelly

Overall rating for my Doctor: Sloppy. Work I had performed: Exterior hand wash, interior detail, engine clean/power wash, and under carriage clean/power wash. If you have work performed at their downtown Boise garage instead of at your residence, they help you inspect your car in their DARK garage using a Smart Phone flashlight. I recommend finding a nearby parking lot in the daylight to inspect their work right away. If I had done this, I could have returned immediately to have them make corrections. Exterior hand wash: Decent job on this. They even applied an extra protective coating on my hood to reduce the appearance of some minor scratches. Interior detail: Good job on cleaning the upholstery, carpet, and floor mats. There was still dirt in a few corners and built-up dirt on a couple of console buttons. My Doctor failed to roll down the windows to remove the dirt on the top edges. I also wiped away dirt around the top stripping of the front doors. There was still built-up grime and dirt inside the bottom of EVERY door that I had to clean off. They hadn't even touched those areas. Engine clean/power wash: The top portion of the motor was clean but there was still built-up grime on the bottom of the motor that seems like they could easily have reached. When they sprayed the gloss to the motor to make it shine, they must have used too much because it pooled in several areas. Additionally, the gloss splattered on the front grill and bumper that they failed to wipe off. I tried removing it unsuccessfully. I now have permanent gloss splash marks on my grill and front bumper. Undercarriage clean: From what I could see, this was cleaned as well as could be expected. They don't raise the car to do this--it's all done at ground level. If you expect show-quality detailing from the Detail Doctors, you will be disappointed. I won't be a returning customer. An update: The Detail Doctors made a personal phone call after my review wanting to make things right. Their technician came to my house (on a Sunday!) and spent an additional 2 hours attempting to correct things and provided additional services at no charge. I appreciated their efforts.

Slipped a disc a few months ago and went to reach for a coffee in my cup holder, felt a pain and dropped the coffee in my front passenger seat. I came to these guys and just wanted the seat cleaned and floors vacuumed. I've had my car detailed before with much less severe stains and the stains have always resurfaced and smelled. Jesse (and team) in the shop did a far better job and the stain never came back up and didn't smell bad afterwards. They gave me a fair price and went above and beyond what I asked to be cleaned. I noticed dash and passenger door were also cleaned without me specifying i wanted that done. Timber was super friendly and sat down and had conversation with me while my car was being tended to and Jesse came to meet me and was very very nice and accommodating with updates and the beginning evaluation of the stain. Super satisfied with my experience here so much so that if I found a cheaper quote for the same service, I'd still bring my car here because I enjoyed the experience as a whole more than anywhere else I've taken my car. Thank you guys!

Had my mustang detailed by these folks about 6 months ago and now it’s gone back for a full paint correction after a minor mishap at a car wash. They had the car done super fast (even though I showed up late to the appt) and did a great job! Timber was great to work with on getting the appointment set up, she really worked with me and my schedule, and nick did a fantastic job getting the paint back to its original condition!

I don't think I've made this statement before but my experience genuinely far exceeded my expectations. 1) I had some minor scratch damage that other vendors had given very high quotes on. 2) My car was a bit of a wreck internally as I have a young child and maybe am also a bit messy myself. The Doctors gave me a very low and beyond reasonable price to see what they could with the damage and I decided to get an internal detail as well since it was also reasonably priced. They cleared up the external damage beyond what other vendors said was possible and for far less. They did a fantastic job on the internal detail. And they threw in a nice external wash while they were at it because they're awesome. 5+ star experience. Highly recommended. Great service. Great outcome. Great price. Total professionalism.

They came out yesterday and detailed both mine and my husband's trucks. Got his all shiny again and made my 2011 look brand new again! Couldn't get any pictures of the interior to do it justice, but it is spotless!! Did an awesome job and we would recommend them to anyone! We'll definitely have them out again.
