Mark does an amazing job at cleaning up my car not only is he very tidy, but is also extremely professional and comes with all of his own equipment, including a water tank and a generator so that he doesn’t need to borrow any of your power from your house. I think that is a big plus and shows how dedicated he is to this job and is something that is great to see in a detailer. I scheduled an appointment, I was working during my appointment and he came cleaned My car left it spotless for me and I did not have to stress about not being there. I recommend him to anybody that I know.

I had an awesome experience with Mark. The standard detail was fantastic- he spent extra time on my car to make sure all the stains and pet hair were removed. I was originally hesitant to spend money on an interior detail for my 15 year old car but it was 110% worth it- it really looked like new and Mark even got out old stains that I had written off. Excellent customer service and communication- when something came up on the day of the appointment, he promptly let me know and kept me updated. Highly recommend.

Great team. Was able to fit me in same day for an external and also finished exactly at their estimated time. Additional plus that they don't mindlessly slather product. Car was clean and glossy but not greasy. Michael was super knowledgeable and knew exactly how to handle the cleaning. Though as a mobile detailer they don't always have the full repertoire of cleaning supplies for every situation. They were able to get my wheels spotless of brake dust, but seemed to lack track cleaner/rubber remover for the rubber marks from the track. Not a ding against them, but just something to manage expectations.

Mark at The Detail Freak was awesome. I submitted a request for an appointment, put my phone down for a sec, and when I picked it back up there was a message from him confirming he could take care of a scuff on my bumper. I swear the fence in my driveway jumped in front of me. He showed up early and was courteous, explained what he was going to do, and got right down to business. Within 20 or 30 minutes he was done. He even gave me some advice on how to proceed with a touch up, as I went through the clear coat in a couple spots. Super knowledgeable guy and all around a great experience.
