I'm just getting off workman comp I'm in a hard spot in life. The stress and anxiety of wasting money at this time is a lot of weight on my shoulders. Not only did they locate the problem but was able to have it done before the end of the night. They stayed open a extra 2 hours finished my truck Rack opinion and did not ask for over time or any extra money. These two brothers went out of there way to make sure I was taken care of and the price very low for the amount of work they had to do. Thank you fix it spot I'll be back with friends and family Our community needs you. While I was there they had regulars they just fixed a few things quick and free and sent them on there way. It was a 2 minute fix and they did not charge them a hour worth labor.

It’s truly my privilege to write a review for this shop. I’ve brought three different cars here and worked with AJ on each one. Like many people, I don’t have a lot of extra money to spend, and I really appreciate that AJ has always been honest, trustworthy, and fair. He takes the time to go the extra mile—double-checking things that might not need replacing right away so I don’t spend money unnecessarily. All of the guys in the shop are kind, respectful, and genuinely pleasant to deal with. Over time, they’ve made me feel like part of the family because of how they treat their customers and how professionally they carry themselves. Whether you have a big budget or you’re trying to make every dollar count, you can trust that they’ll do excellent work with integrity. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

I had an absolutely amazing experience with the Fix It Spot. I came to them when my car was broken down and I needed it fixed the same day, so I could go to work. The alternator needed to be replaced, and it was a complex job. Ron went above and beyond and stayed late to get the job done. Everything was affordable, and my car is running great now. Called in to see about having my suspension checked,he told me to bring it in when I arrived he drove my car around the parking lot and said well it has 213,000 miles.. and I can't put it up on the jack because I already have a car I just put up . I picked up my vehicle from the dealership yesterday and today it was apparent that I had a gas leak on top of my engine somewhere. I called here because they were one of the few shops that were open (Sun). When I got there they immediately looked under my hood and found a high pressure hose that was loose. Only took 5 mins and they didn't charge me anything. Much appreciated, I will be back

This guy knows what he's doing. Very fast and doesn't leave you hanging and looking at the phone for an update. He didnt fix my initial problem so he gave me my money back that same day. Oh and he drove my car back to me to save on towing. If your not trusting him with your vehicle your making a costly mistake.

The Fix It Shop sounded ideal to me. I went on their Facebook page and asked them a question. I'm not a mechanic, so I was depending on a pro mechanic's knowledge to answer my question. Otherwise I wouldn't have asked. I asked them if they would repair my clutch in my '07 Toyota Yaris. It's slipping. Instead of an answer, I got a "Ha Ha" emoji from them. I asked them why they thought my question was funny. They told me that all they do are simple repairs and that clutch repair is extensive. So, they thought my question was funny. It's no laughing matter to me I told them I'm not an auto mechanic, that's why I asked them. I certainly hope that their policy on dealing with what could be a potential customer has improved since then.

It’s such a pleasure to write this review for this garage. The guys at the Fix It Spot are honest, friendly and knowledgeable. They keep the costs down and the services they provide are stellar. I had new front brakes replaced, new struts and both of my tire rods were broken. I took my car in and they checked it over right away, gave me a quote and told me it would take about 3 hours. Since I didn’t have a ride home, AJ let me borrow his! When I went back to pick up my car and pay, they had all of the old parts to show me. I now have a new garage to take my car to in the future.

Great customer service and always answers the phone with a happy to work attitude! He put our catalytic converter in our Nissan Titan 2006 and we've already drove to the ocean and back!
