Adam in QuickLane is a phenomenal Service Advisor! Every time I come in for anything- battery, tires, oil changes, brake inspection, hub bearings, etc. He is very knowledgeable, friendly service and very considerate of my time. I’m in and out very quickly, the technician does a great job and they are always helpful and keep me updated throughout the process. When you go into QuickLane ask for Adam, he will do his best to help you. (I have a Jeep but I choose to bring it to QuickLane @Ford because of the great service that I’ve received here)

Tyrone persons helped me out to get into a 2025 with what I'd consider sub prime credit, but he got me taken care of in 3 hours total, came and picked me up from my house, got the car detailed and a full tank of gas! There was no haggling because the price was already so good and the payments are totally do -able! I live in Mobile, Alabama. When I was looking online for a vehicle, I picked 3 similar vehicles at 3 different dealerships. I quickly found out that some dealers “advertised price” was bait. Additional charges and vague fees when contacting their sales department. NOT THE CASE WITH SUPER LOTS OF WICHITA GALLS. Jimmy Lee Maxwell was my sales representative and he was honest and upfront throughout the entire process. Jimmy Lee even picked me up from the airport! (His idea!)
