Anzu and Karan are very kind. I know it takes time to get your work done but they are very honest. They also work with your price. They will not rip you off. They are too sweet to even play with your money. Most of these negatives are people who either want their way or didn't get their work on their price. You gotta remember we live in NYC, there inflation going on. They got families to feed too. Yes, they can be pricy but at-least ask them if they lower your price. Just like you would negotiate anywhere you would go. Known Anzu since high school, great person nor he butters. Karan more than two years, they be skipping their lunch just to answer calls or get the work done. Anyways, if you dont like them, dont come simple but if they really did bad work make sure you share with proof so it can help others as well but other then that stop the hate!

Want to get you car broken? Go to them. Also, if you do decide to go to them. Please ask them a receipt. They are the most unprofessional young mechanics you could ever trust. Very disrespectful towards elderly people, no whatsoever manners. ALERT: This is a scaming method they use to charge you a unreasonable amount. " once you visit them, they tell you to leave the car and come back few hours later. After coming back as they requested, they mention the most ridiculous reason to place a part or something and once you ask them for a fixed price, they have no words. They usually say "Don't worry brother we got you" after everything has been fixed, and you ask them for the repair price, they shock you with the a amount you never imagined. Please be aware. Stay away!! don't get fooled by the 5 star rating by himself, friends and his family READ the reviews that reflect true experiences by real people, PLZ and STAY AWAY from them Wish I could give them zero. Unreasonably expensive - if you want to pay excessively, go to them. They won't give you a receipt. For me they repaired without giving me a quote Please make sure to negotiate before doing business with them. I don't trust them so I will never visit them again, for sure. Visit them and get your own experience and how arrogant that guy is! No one wanted anything for free - UNREASONABLY EXPENSIVE, its true. They DIDN'T give a Quote, I asked for an alignment, They took the car inside and found another problem, but they didn't do the alignment (they dont have the capacity to do an alignment!) NEVER AGAIN to this LOUSY and unprofessional place

I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting THE GARAGE auto repair, and I must say it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with an auto repair shop. From start to finish, everything about this place was a nightmare. Firstly, the customer service was absolutely abysmal. The staff seemed disinterested and unprofessional, showing no willingness to assist or address my concerns. It felt like they were doing me a favor by taking my car in for repairs, rather than providing a service they were supposed to be paid for. Moreover, the quality of the repairs was shockingly poor. Not only did it take them an unreasonable amount of time to fix a simple issue, but they also managed to introduce new problems in the process. It's astonishing how a supposedly professional auto repair shop could mess up such basic repairs. To add insult to injury, the prices were exorbitant for the subpar service provided. I felt like I was being overcharged for the incompetence and lack of expertise exhibited by the technicians. It's clear that this place prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction. Lastly, their lack of transparency was deeply concerning. When I asked for details about the repairs and the breakdown of the costs, the staff seemed evasive and reluctant to provide any information. It made me question their integrity and left me feeling cheated. In conclusion, I would strongly advise against using THE GARAGE auto repair . Their unprofessionalism, poor workmanship, high prices, and lack of transparency make them an absolute nightmare to deal with. Save yourself the frustration and find a reputable auto repair shop that actually cares about its customers.

Fantastic place and friendly and honest mechanics, I got ripped off by the “Famous PEP Boys”, took my car to The Garage, and they did the work in less than 1/3 the cost, and it has been running absolutely perfect. Price is very reasonable and competitive. I trust this Garage so I don’t bother bargaining, but please, my suggestion is don’t go there first, visit other garages and get service quotes, and then come to “The Garage”, then you will see how good their pricing is, and you won’t feel like bargaining. Trust matters when it comes to Automotive Stores, The Garage’s mechanics have it, so even if I pay few extra bucks (which is never a case given how fair their price is), I feel safe to leave my car to them for repairs and service because they earned my trust.

THE GARAGE is top notch and Singh is the man! Long story short, he fixed a very complicated issue with my 2008 Lexus is250 after doing some major troubleshooting. Saved me thousands at the stealership, I mean dealership, and even sacrificed his own time to make sure my car was ok. Gained a loyal customer and I recommend them 1000%!

1st problem, New York City Car garages depend on Uber and taxis drivers. So oil change is flat rated at maximum garages. 60$ for an oil change in Long Island City some garage. The Garage management charges a flat rate of $65 for an oil change. After the oil change they demanded 70 $ from me. When I refused to pay 70$ Garage mechanic told me they was charged 5 dollars for tax. 2nd problem I needed to change my car air filter and cabin filter. They had another mechanic charge me $30 for the cabin filter and air filter. I agreed and he was changing it.But later another garage mechanic came and demanded $40. He refused to change the car's filter when I refused to pay $40. I was surprised and annoyed by his actions . When I protested this rudeness he misbehaves with me. They are totally bullshit.

These guys are the absolute best at delivering service. Remy he did my headlight restoration which was great!!! Just take a look at the photos. Emrul did my oil change and it was quick and efficient. They don’t waste your time with the stuff you don’t need and are truthful up front, my whole family is gonna start coming here because their work is valuable. My go to shop from now on till forever. Thanks to all of these guys Anzu, Remy, Emrul. Great service highly recommended!!!!!

They are one kind of Scammer. Changed my Engine oil but they didn’t properly tighten my drain nut. Result : It dripped out & massed up my driveway. Other mechanic loosened the drain nut by his finger, thats how they work. May be they did this on purpose. Beware or Good luck.

Very disappointing experience. I stopped by to have my check engine light inspected, and the mechanic refused to even check it. He said it would be a waste of time and declined in a rude and dismissive manner. The attitude felt unprofessional and not customer-friendly. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this place. PS: Since there isn’t an option to reply directly, I’m clarifying here—no one was asking for a free service. Being asked to wait would’ve been completely understandable, but a straight-up no with that attitude isn’t good customer service. For anyone in a similar situation, AutoZone right down the block checked the engine light for free and were much more respectful. Thanks.

WOMEN BEWARE!! This shop is ran by male chauvinist! They do NOT help women AT ALL!! If you care and love your mother, sisters, daughter’s and aunts DO NOT GO HERE!! They refuse to help a woman that was delivering parts for them after she expressed that it was heavy and asked for help! They told her no they are busy and to bring the items in one by one, and proceeded to do nothing but watch her struggle! They were not busy at all and they could have helped! Ask yourself is this someone you would want working on your car?

Pen da phudda place. I was first on the line & was told to wait for the guy (probably owner) to come in & inspect my vehicle. Guy walks in after 5 min and started chit chatting with bunch of other people that came AFTER me. Made me wait an hour or so for a quick inspection. While working on those other vehicle guy tells me to pull into the garage, pulls up with a dumb mini torch circling around my vehicle just to tell me my front tire wasn’t good enough. My tires weren’t brand new but had decent treads i drove all winter through snow just fine. Although when he showed up earlier i had already told him i was here for an inspection, he checked out my vehicle but didn’t say anything at that time. Moral of the story; This place doesn’t value their customers & if you want to save some of your valuable time, DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. No wonder their rating is under 4. The only reason i went because i was referred by a mechanic. Sorry but NEVER AGAIN.
