Warranty sucks. The pro membership is phenomenal, I'm almost at 200k spent and it tells me once I hit 200k. I'll get a whopping 20% off my future purchase. Oh and don't ask for help they just say idk find said described hd employee that works the department... Which also doesn't help

Beautiful architecture on the outside with the classic Home Depot colors. This site is laid out perfectly with extra space for the garden center and the retal center. The rental center is on the east side of the building on the inside, and the large rental equipment is on the east side of the building. Lots of parking northeast of the building for trucks with trailers. The garden center is on the west side with lots of room out front. Bathrooms are nicely placed up front for all those project runs with the kids. San Tan Valley has been waiting for this store to be built for over 10 years, and finally, it's here! Home projects, handyman, and contractors a like will save so much time with short trips to this store vs. driving 30+ mins to another store. Thank you, Home Depot, for finally making this happen. May you receive all my extra money 💰 🤑! 4-11-24 Adopted some dewalt battery!

Paul ,Jacob and Cassandra are super good as far as customer service goes. I had an issue with a hose and the sprayer top and they fixed my problem right away. I have to say that was the best service I've had at that location. Thank you guys I appreciate each of you. I hope Home Depot treats you guys right.

Came into Home Depot early this morning was so happy they opened at 5 AM. Needed Chanel Locks which I had never personally used unsure what it'd look like. The help was busy tending to their areas but each one dropped what they were doing to help me with my needs. Each one seemed to become more pleasant than the one before. The teamwork Home Depot has helped start my day with such a great attitude. A big THANK YOU 😊

This store location is not friendly at all. They don't greet you like the other locations do or ask if you need any help. Not that I actually needed help but it's a common courtesy to have, especially in department stores. Not a fan of this location. Not saying all home depot locations are like this, just this one.

I never had bad experience at the Pro section with cashiers and manager like this place 1400 W. Hunt Hwy, San Tan Valley, AZ 85143. (They all lazy and don’t want to work or unsure about their job) They open business for selling but they don’t want sell more than two transactions. What kind of business is that? Three cashiers chat with their manager and kept me waiting more than 40 minutes just for him to come down and say, he won’t able to make sell. Don’t want to sell why don’t they close their store?

Check out line is the only issue I have with this location. Each time I go theres always a line. They have other self check out registers closed. They only have 4 registers open at a time. The line blocks people from walking through the store. Its a Saturday morning when people are there the most and they decide not to have all the registers open or have employees man the other registers . There was 2 people standing there directing traffic instead of helping at the other registers. Im guessing this a management decision and not the employees.

Best Home Depot ever!!! They have everything, and all the employees are helpful and kind and friendly. We go just to hang out! This Home Depot is my kids' favorite store. It even has a very kid friendly bathroom and shopping carts with pretend steering wheels for kids to "drive." The employees are really what drives this particular Dept to the top of all hardware stores, I really appreciate them!

This is my first visit at this home Depot I was just looking for a sprayer to spray weeds. I had a very nice greeting from the young lady at the entrance I think she was separating and shopping carts for people that enter the store. I walk through the gardening area may have passed three or four employees which none acknowledged me just looked at me as I walk by but they're not mind readers I could have asked for help. I walked around every aisle in the garden area finally found the sprayer that I needed and as I was leaving the area I was approached by a young lady offering water H2O systems through Parker and sons. She was very pleasant and not pushy but I just didn't have time to deal with that so I just took a picture of the card she had and went on my way. This is a very nice location clean, fully stocked and overall okay. I can't say I was not greeted by the two ladies at the self checkout not a hello not a goodbye but it's okay I really wasn't expecting it. I can't say I was very happy with the price of the item that I bought and it worked magic in my yard.

Home Depot Store #419 has absolutely the worst customer service. (manager on duty Amy) I gave my Daughter a Home Depot Gift Card for some home improvement projects at her new home. When she tried to use the gift card, the PIN was missing after she scratched off the covering. She was told "if you don't have the original receipt there is nothing we can do". So she called me and I texted her a copy of the receipt. They then told her to call the customer service number, and get the PIN. She called customer service, and was told that they could only give the PIN to an associate. When she tried to had the phone to the associate, they told her "don't push that phone at me". After several minutes of abuse, my daughter left. I called and spoke to the manger on duty Amy, who wouldn't give me her last name. Amy stated that they called and had the right person on the phone when my daughter left. I called customer service and was told the following. 1. No Receipt is required to help with a lost PIN. 2. The PIN can only be given to an associate. 3. With a lost PIN the total balance of the gift card must be used. Why did the first associate tell my daughter to call? Why did the first associate tell my daughter they can't help with out a receipt? Why did the Employee's at store #419 need to be abusive? The answer is simple.. Home Depot was already paid when I bought the gift card, and if they are rude to people using gift cards they don't have to supply any goods or services for that money.

Huge thanks to Tony in the painting department for breaking down the differences between wood lacquer options. My husband and I found him so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and were very happy with the option we chose as a result of speaking with him. Jessie also went above and beyond, helping multiple customers at once and still managing to assist my husband and I with patience and professionalism at the check stand after dealing with a rude coworker. She deserves serious recognition. Unfortunately, my initial start to checking out with Carol was disappointing. We waited around 30 solid seconds looking around, made brief eye contact with Carol who, instead of helping, turned away to chat with a fellow employee. When I noticed that Jesse was busy dealing with multiple customers at once I walked over and asked for help scanning a replacement water. Carol walked over, grabbed the scanner from my hand, questioned me as to where I got the scanner, and loudly called for Jesse repeatedly while she was wrapping up with another customer instead of assisting herself. Her attitude toward both me and Jesse came off rude and dismissive and not at all appropriate for a customer service role. It’s frustrating seeing employees like Jesse and Tony working so hard while others ignore customers. Management should definitely recognize the good ones and address the ones holding the store back. -SM

I enjoy coming to Home Depot for my needs. I am retired military, so they partner with the Military Star Card, so we purchased everything from a rolling briefcase, to papertowels, and even some items I porobably didnt need. The staff is typically friendly, helpful, and knows exactly where items can be found. They will make suggestions to help the shopping experience. The one thing that MUST be fixed is that horrendous line to get out of the parking lot. 17 minutes to get out. Now, they added multiple business in there, so walking across the parking lot is like playing Frogger. I have already seen one road rage and a couple arguments because of thge traffic. Im afraid someone is going to get hit. Do not shop here when the local schools get out either. We just spend the extra 10 minutes and 7 miles to drive the long way home instead of sitting in the parking lot. That being said, thats more a city/count issues, so the 5 star stands. I will continue to shop here. My only suggestion is to bring indoor ficus plants. PLEASE?

By far the worse experience I ever experienced as a customer anywhere. The wife wanted to see how much the gift cards we received were . A simple question. “Amy” the manager there was manipulating, dismissive, down right unprofessional. They said they couldn’t help, not their problem, call corporate. Ok fine, they gave us the number. The corporate lady told my wife they had the pin for the card. My wife went back to Amy to hand her the phone, nope. Amy didn’t like when people answer her back. Started yelling at my wife on how she trying to give her the phone. Amy made a huge scene at Home Depot. Made us look crazy. Said they can’t use customer phones and said they would have to call corporate for the pin. Why make us call them then? Why yell at us like that? I had enough of Amy berating my wife and told her how she acted was unprofessional for a manager. She said I got the truth wrong. This behavior was degrading, We just left, wasn’t worth the frustration any more. Amy and her minions went back to gossiping on whatever. Insane part was that we were the only ones there in that area. Better driving somewhere else.

Had a large order of lumber delivered today. No one bothered to call me to tell me my 300 2x4s wouldn't be delivered with the order because they "miscalculated the pallets". The material I did receive is banded all together with the floor decking on the bottom of 24 sheets of siding, and over 100 pieces of lumber. Never had this issue with their competitor. Got an email that my entire order was delivered, and it wasn't. Manager tells me that they'll deliver Monday between 6am - 8pm. I have 4 framers here getting paid by the hour to stand here. Then she has the nerve to ask if she sends the 2x4s if I can have my guys unload them. No compensation, no offer to take a percentage off. Nothing! Will also be returning some of the damaged siding. Unreal! The other guys usually band the materials by item so you don't have to take everything off by hand. But nope! This is how HD does it!

George, the Manager of the San Tan Location, is both Professional & Easy to talk with. He clearly cares for both the Customer as well as his Staff! We've always been treated with Kindness, Patience, and Professionalism from all of the Staff that we've interacted with. When you're taken on home projects that you have limited "DIY" knowledge you can count on the Home Depot Staff to fill in the Hows, Whens, & Whys. Thank You George & Your Whole Staff!!!
