Im disappointed with my most recent purchase experience here. I purchased a milwaukee reciprocating saw and was completely surprised when I unboxed it at home and found it had been used. Sadly it was the last one at this location but I was able to exchange it at the sioux falls location. It was a little drive to exchange a purchase. So my take from this is make sure what you buy is new in the box.

Spent 2 hrs at home trying to order an electric hoist. Then an hour and half at the store with 3 different employees and a call to corporate. Told corporate to forget it hung up the phone and will be cutting up my Home Depot credit cards and not shopping there again! / update Just received a response to to contact HD and fix the problem your problem is with your order/credit department. It doesn't work!!! Within an hour of leaving your store I ordered what I wanted from Amazon for $30 cheaper and done in 5 minutes!

Me and my husband came in a few days so I could get a couple of cleaning supplies. And one of them was Vinegar, for a gallon of vinegar in y'all's store is $20. And the Vinegar is 30 percent Vinegar and 70 percent water that's a rip off. But u can go to Menards, Lowe's, Walmart, Fleet Farm and pay $15 less. U all are starting to rip customers off more and more.

I sent my 17 year old son in to get a dryer outlet and the employees was of no help, one just pointed him what isle to go down and it happened to be the wrong isle. When he went to go ask for help AGAIN, they AGAIN pointed him to go down an isle. Didn’t help him locate the correct outlet or nothing. For now on I’ll be going to every other store BUT HERE!

Bought a new super quiet insinkerator disposal with a 9 year warranty, the old sounds like loud old cement mixer. Got the old one out and what did I discover but the new one would not fit. It was much wider (all that sound insulation) but there was no room between the drain and the back wall. Ugh. Home Depot was great and I was able return and found a Glacier Bay disposer not quite as quiet, but still better than the old one, more grinding power, and 12 year warranty. Installation is done and we are happy with the upgrade.

I was offered some help with loading sheet rock. I declined the help however I appreciated the offer. I also enjoy the veteran parking. Some other people helped me in the store locate the screws I needed and even brought them to the checkout for me. They honored the vet discount when the app was down. Thanks for that.

This place straight up bullshit! Don’t ever buy appliances from here unless you willing to wait over a month. They sure will take your money quick but don’t deliver for whatever excuse they have. Dont put your trust into the appliance representatives there they will definitely tell you a bull face lie when it supposedly will get delivered and when you call to ask about your appliance they’ll direct you to the 800 number then when you call the 800 number they’ll direct to whoever delivers the appliance aka whoever Home Depot hires and they won’t call you when they say someone will reach out. Been waiting for my washer for a month and no one will give me a straight forward answer. They’ll play hot potato with you and you’ll never get an answer ! Been calling for the passed 3 days and nothing! DONT TRUST THIS SIOUX CITY BRANCH!

I have been a loyal customer for about 10 years now. But the last few years it has gone in the gutter There's absolutely no Employees working in the evening and I have to walk around the store looking for help only to get told they don't know and they have to ask a manager but no manager could be found when called and then paged I made my way to purchase my items when Damien The customer service clerk was just the rudest! he looked up from his cell phone and told me check-outs down there and pointed to the other end of the store to self checkout to purchase my items even though he was just playing on his phone. I told him I'm parked at this end of the store and was able to check out but he gave me nothing but grief. I shouldn't have to be accosted over trying to check out at the customer service desk.I will no longer be shopping at this store ever again Do better Home Depot!
