Fantastic job!! I've used this body shop for couple times already. Painted hood also front bumper, also back bumper needed some work done. It's hard to trust anyone to do a great job these days and sometimes you might have a little anxiety leaving your baby to someone. Victor is great from start to the end.

My 2008 Bentley GT Speed had a broken front bumper. Victor took in the car and tried to repair it by all means possible but unfortunately it was too brittle and he suggested a new bumper. Due to my business travel I was out of town and needed a new bumper so i was abled to get one over night and he did the impossible to get in installed, painted and finished on time. The news of the bad bumper happened on a Thursday afternoon and by Monday was all done. On time to have a third party install our business placards for the Miami Air Show. Thank you Victor and your team. Great customer service and very high end work.

Victor is a very friendly and honest man. Which started out as a repair job on the top cabin of my 1994 Nissan red pick up truck turned into a complete auto paint job in which he gave me a very fair price. New pain and two clear coats. Very nice job. Victor is very good about returning phone calls and doing the best he can to make his customers happy. It was because of how he handled business with me from the start, is why I decided later to get my whole truck painted. I would recommend anybody who's interested in anybody work or paint under a vehicle to go to this man and company.

Victor has worked on two of my vehicles in the past 30 days. The price was very competitive and the customer interaction experience was excellent. It was precisely these two items that made me select New Look from the other shops that I had visited prior. However, the real judgement is the end product. Both cars looked amazing, in finish and paint match, plus Victor had the cars detailed, shiny and spotless at pickup. It’s always the little attention to details that impresses a “car guy” like me. Needless to say, I am very much impressed with Victor and his staff at New Look. Late review but better than never, Victor and his team have painted my Jeep twice after someone keyed it and also repaired a hole in my bumper from someone backing up into me.. After damaging my truck and feeling pretty discouraged that it would ever look the same I left it to Victor. Victor was very good with communication and did an amazing job, paint matched perfectly, had to replace the whole door. I don’t know how he pulled out the dent but he did. Just recently took it back to touch up the bumper and he pulled the whole thing off and made it look brand new. Great work.
