I’ve called TOP several times over the last couple of weeks to get the cost for a missing part on my printer. I’ve yet to get anyone on the phone in the service department. I also submitted a service ticket as well thinking this might get answered faster; however, no response in over two weeks. TOP, if your goal is to drive away new potential customers, then you’re doing a great job! I’m going elsewhere to seek the part that I need for my printer and will be reporting the lack of service to the manufacturer who recommended you as an authorized dealer.

I must say that I am extremely disappointed! I called The Office People this morning to set an appointment as my boss is wanting to redo his whole office with new furniture and digital signage and was told pretty much "no" as I was a past employee there and they do not want to do business with me. I feel this is extremely unprofessional. I could have gone anywhere, but thought that The Office People was the best. I guess not.
