Going through the immigration process by yourself.....very difficult. Going through it with Ron Shapiro and his team's guidance.....easy. This process could have been so overwhelming, but Ron, Christina and Tatyiana took care of all the details with professional performance and never missed a beat or deadline. Ron Shapiro and his team (e.g. Christina, Tanya, Diana) are on top of their business all the time. Like everyone else, I compared their solution with friends in similar situation, every time it comes to the same conclusion: I got the best!
They are fast listener and slow talker. With the effective communication, they provide not only predictable outcome but also very nice custom experience. Ronald Shapiro and his staff guided my wife and me through an almost two year process from obtaining visas, through the adjustment of status application process to ultimately obtaining our permanent residence approvals. They were knowledgeable and helpful throughout, often taking the initiative and going the extra mile (such as helping us with documentation needed to move to the US during a pandemic!). The preparation of motivations for the visa and adjustment of status was particularly meticulously done, given the amount of evidence that had to be compiled, absorbed and summarized. Ron was also personally very helpful and responsive in addressing issues and queries. I recommend the firm highly.

The first time I spoke with Mr. Shapiro and his team, I felt welcome and well-taken cared of, and my entire experience with them did not disappoint. I spoke with a few other immigration law firms who did just not seem interested in helping out (but was willing to take my money anyway), so it was such a relief to find and work with this office. Very grateful to Mr. Shapiro and Chrisy that not only did my immigration process went smoothly, they also made the entire process easy and a lot less stressful. Very knowledgeable and walked me through every step, which frankly made me feel confident to go to my GC interview. Everyone I've worked with, from the legal team to the teams handling billing etc, were easy to work with and friendly. They went above and beyond to help when my wife's green card renewal was delayed by over a year by the former administration. Mr Shapiro personally met with us to help with securing a passport stamp so that my wife could visit family in Mexico for the Christmas Holidays. As her green card had expired and we did not have the "official" renewal notice/extension letter she could not travel without the passport stamp.
