Drove over 2 hours each way on Friday to buy a bunch of parts and the guys are no shows no answer...waited over a hour at their janky one bay “storefront” for someone to show up/ return and call or email... showed up at 1 and waited till 2.15 during normal business hours And of course the mail box is full 0-5 stars WILL TAKE MY SHOPS BUSINESS ELSEWHERE

I just bought 2000 Prowler & found this Prowler store. My Wheel caps were broken after working on wheel sensors they cost over $100 each. Lou fixed them for me & they fit like a glove w/great price $45 each. Also ordered Grill for the front which was easily installed by myself. Plus Plymouth Prowler letters for back bumper & chrome bezel for Brake lites. Also just rec'd the new stage 3 Chrome stainless Steel A Arm kit & ready to install that. Very deceptive. Needed a cam sensor for a Gen 2 Viper. They said they had OEM sensors (list price on an OEM sensor is $62, but currently on backorder), but wanted $118. I assumed the "double" price was because they had what no one else did. I ordered the sensor and confirmed again that this was an OEM sensor. I was told yes. So $130 shipped and I open the box and find an aftermarket Chinese sensor. The are selling the Walker 235-1115 for the V10 trucks, which BTW can be had for $40-45, and listing this as an OEM sensor. I called and was told they would issue a refund when they received it back. I told them that was very deceptive, not to mention the time I wasted waiting for the sensor when I could have just bought it locally for 3 times less. No apologies, nothing. If this is how The Viper Store does business, I'll pass. Stick with Roe Racing for your Viper needs, not this company that wants to gouge you on price and lie because Viper owners "can afford it".

Contacted them before placing an order for a SRT10 Ram accelerator pedal. I asked if it was a replacement pedal or just a slip on cover. I was told it was a replacement pedal. Recieved it in the mail and it’s a slip on cover that doesn’t fit. I contacted them and they said it’s a non returnable item. I told them I asked before ordering and I was told it was a pedal not just a cover. I kept getting sorry we can’t return it. I asked multiple times for a partial refund since they sold me a $75 slip on cover when I was told by them it was a pedal not a cover. For a quarter of the price I could have bought a set of slip on covers that actually fit. Their answer to my problem is sorry, won’t even offer a partial refund after lying about what the item was. These crooks will never will get my business again.

We had a AWESOME experience with The Viper Store...twice. We needed a part for the hood of my son's Hummer 3 that was torn off at the local car wash. The car wash wouldn't pay to repair or replace the part. I called around everywhere to get a price on the part. After many, many calls and being told we don't carry that part and or being given a high price for the part, The Viper Store was the store that gave me the lowest price and even helped me to find the part in chrome. They were very friendly, helpful, quick to give me a price on the part, and they followed through on everything they promised. I was extremely pleased with them. They had helped me before with a part for my husband's new Chevy Stingray...and they were the lowest price then too. I should have saved myself a lot of time and trouble and just called them first. I would highly recommend them.

Hands down one of the best parts resources in the industry. Not once, but twice now they have shown they are willing to go above and beyond the call of quality customer service. In both scenarios, the viper store team has done back flips to correct a failed part, and ensured the fastest possible replacement part. Pricing, quality, and timing cannot be beat. DONT BUY FROM THIS SELLER👎👎👎👎I BOUGHT A PAIR OF SRT-10 ram hood emblem were VERY POOR QUALITY AT BEST.i paid $175 2 completely overpriced horrible quality hood emblems.i bought a pair 2 years ago and was told that if i installed and had problems to let them know,after i installed the first set of $175 emblems and they peeled apart and separated,i was told too bad i installed the part NO REFUND MY FAULT.so i reluctantly bought another set to find out there same POOR QUALITY AS LAST SET.so i spent $350 to have nothing but junk on hood of 66,000 mile $40k viper truck.I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS SELLER.THERE OUT TAKE YOUR MONEY AND SELL YOU JUNK IN RETURN AND THEN BLAME YOU AFTER YOU POINT IT OUT TO THEM.I ONLY OUT $350 to suffer this dissatisfaction,i feel sorry for other people who trusted these people to cheat them knowing they sell inferior products and don’t care!NOT HAPPY AND WONT BE BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN.
