Worst car wash ever! Car wash did NOT clean car 1st time thru. Explained to employees. Went thru a 2nd time. Did NOT clean my car. Called for mgr. They didn’t care. Wouldn’t refund money - didn’t respond!

Disappointing Experience at The Wash I recently visited The Wash and unfortunately had a very negative experience due to the rude customer service. I arrived just three minutes before the car wash was set to open and, in an effort to avoid blocking the road with my large van, I moved some cones to park in an appropriate spot. Instead of understanding my intention to be considerate, I was met with hostility from the staff. Their rude comments and lack of professionalism completely overshadowed the service I was expecting. It was disheartening to be treated this way, especially when I was simply trying to make things easier for everyone. Customer service is crucial in any business, and my experience at The Wash left much to be desired. I hope they take the time to address their staff's behavior, as it greatly impacts the overall experience for customers. Until improvements are made, I cannot recommend this car wash.

This site offers monthly unlimited car wash; which I believe you have to sign up using the QR code before you pulled in for a car wash. One star off for functionless website, like I want to sign up for car wash but their website did not let you to sign up online… There are staff spraying and wiping you car before you pull in; they can get most spots cleaned. Good car wash place with reasonable charge, would come back indeed.

Don’t waste money on a premium car wash because it’s not better than basic. I would expect that when I spend $20 on a car wash I would see that my wheels look better than they did when I went in, but not here doesn’t even look like they’ve been touched.. The guy spent less than 30 seconds so you’re here on the pre-wash. Vacuums were not free and this day and age. There are plenty of options where that is in fact the case. If you have to pay for the convenience of going to this car wash, I would suggest that you don’t go for the premium option because you will not get premium service.

This car wash has been voted Best Car Wash by the Register Guard three years in a row and is just a few blocks from my place, so I decided to give it a try, despite less-than-stellar Yep reviews. I chose the $10 wash thinking it might yield better results than the other reviews who went with $7. Unfortunately not. The wash is very speedy, which is great if you're in a rush, but most certainly a contributing factor in why the wash is a bit hit and miss and why the car doesn't dry. The employees are very professionally dressed and courteous, just wish the quality of the wash was better.

Pretty good place to get the car washed. It's not touchless, but there is a little manual scrubbing before entering the wash. Car vacuum only takes $1 bills, no quarters, and is not free like their other location. However, $2 worth let me vacuum my whole car pretty well. Service was friendly.

This is my favorite car wash place. The only reason I give 4* is because sometimes my vehicle does come out a little dirty. I think they should spend a little more time scrubbing front and back and wheels. But otherwise, truly this is my favorite place. I only come here and I do have the monthly membership. We have nice vehicles too… I don’t see scratches on our cars like I saw in other reviews. It does a decent job. Wait can be busy but the line moves quickly… I wouldn’t mind it moving slower, if car came out perfect. ;)

Definitely the best car wash we have found in the Springfield or Eugene area. The employees are always super friendly and our car comes out sparkling clean everytime. Bonus that our kiddo loves going through it because of all the colors. Can if you're going during typical "after work hours" be prepared for a line.

Beware of membership that continually charges your credit card each month after cancellation. I was unable to cancel my membership by telephone because the phone at this business is never answered. I personally visited the location and advised that I was moving out of state and therefore, needed to cancel. I was assured that my request would be honored. Not so! Four months later, my credit card is continuing to be charged. I have filed several complaints with my cc company, and yet, continue to be charged. It is impossible to reach ANYONE by telephone because they NEVER answer! This is an extremely frustrating experience created by the inexcusable ineptitude of a company that does not provide a process for cancellation of a monthly membership.

The people were nice, but this is what the back of my car looked like right after I paid for a wash. It looks terrible & I didn't see it until I got home. I paid for a whole car wash, not a partial car wash.

Easy to find, in a nice location. Decent prices for the car wash. Vacuums have real long hoses and you get a surprisingly long amount of time for $1. The vacuum only takes quarters and dollars. The parking spots for the vacuums are nice and roomy too!

The young people who work here are wonderful. They are kind and helpful, friendly & smiling. I paid for the unlimited most inexpensive plan $19.99 a month that I have to say that the top of the car, the roof and the back window did not get clean. I didn't get out and inspect the vehicle after it went through. The car wash and I should have. I would have tried to go through maybe another one or two times to get the car all the way clean. Just be aware of that. Perhaps if I paid for a more expensive plan the car would have gone through the car wash slower and got cleaner. Other than that I'm sure I will get my money's worth. I will go back soon and maybe drive through a couple times.

If you care about your car don't take it here. They are rude and don't care about you or your car. Had to tie our bumper back on why a rope! Told us to fill out a complaint card. And someone might get a hold of us. That's well over$1000 with of damage. And there's nothing they can do?!?! I don't even thinks so!!!!!

The people who work here are super amazing (I was there in the morning most recently and the service wasn’t ever a problem in afternoons before then). The great thing about this place is that there are vacuums right around the corner for only a buck (if you don’t get tokens first) and the vacuum lasts a long time. It doesn’t take more than a dollar/one token for me to vacuum the entire car which is great. Then again, I drive a mini cooper, so I imagine it might be $2 for most cars(?) but I still think that’s a steal. I never let the car get too dirty between washes, so I go for the mid-range wash (the deluxe one) that really helps for all the rain we get out here. 5 stars! I prefer this place to other ones in town and it’s super local so… yay! 🚘👍🏼
