They do such an amazing job detailing our cars! I first had them detail our Toyota Corolla and when they were done it looked brand new. All the stains were gone and it looked better than when we first bought it brand new. They did such an amazing job I had them detail my BMW and Honda Odyssey. If your looking for a place to detail your car..... look no further. They do such an amazing job you will not be disappointed. Their staff is very friendly and you can tell they all take pride in the work they do. Their pick up and drop off service is very nice too.

My car had some really bad hard water deposits running down both sides (somehow came from water dripping out of the ceiling of my underground parking garage). I chose High Caliber Cleaning semi-randomly, because of their high reviews (and the fact they have an actual storefront) to see if they could do anything about it. The owner, Logan, was very helpful and walked me through their prices and possible treatment options. I was headed out of town in two days, and they were booked, but he still squeezed me in. They did a great job with my car, their pricing was fair and transparent, and their customer service was phenomenal. Pretty easy to see why they're one of the highest rated detailing companies in Idaho Falls.

Had a great experience. Honestly, it was the best a vehicle has looked after I've had it detailed. And that's saying a lot because usually we are detailing our new Subaru Forester, but this detail was for an old Jeep Cherokee, and it came out cleaner and better looking than our Subaru ever has after a detail at other places! Logan was awesome, thorough, detailed, and professional. He knew his stuff. I'm not going anywhere else for my details from now on.

They were professional and did an amazing job on my truck. My truck looked brand new! I'm am super please how it turned out. Plus they penciled me in when they weren't working and worked later, which I am super grateful. It's on the more pricey side but it's so worth it. If I could give a higher rating I would. We will be coming back soon to get our other cars detailed from them.

A great experience - Logan, the business owner was very professional and personable and you can tell he really cares about his business and his customers. My husbands car had a great deal of dried on tree sap all over the top and sides. It took a lot of extra work that the website wasn’t able to accurately quote us for, so we did need to pay a little more because it was at least 2 additional hours of cleaning. But we were offered a great discount even though it was an intense cleanup job. The inside looks immaculate and smells really nice now. Babies in the backseat will over time cause a lot of nasty milk spills and sticky mystery buildup but with this detailing job you would never have guessed how splotchy the fabric used to be. The exterior looks so nice too. I highly recommend the full wax n everything. They worked really hard and are eager to please. My car is now the main car seat vehicle so you can guess what the backseat looks like... we will definitely give High Caliber Cleaning more business in the future. It’s a splurge but worth it if your car needs some TLC that you aren’t willing to / can’t do on your own.

The truck we brought into High Caliber Cleaning we had purchased at an auction, the interior was filthy. The vehicle was a 1999 and I don't think it had ever been cleaned. Logan and his staff made the experience easy from the first phone call to make the appointment, to the finished product. We had the interior cleaned and the headlights restored. Very happy! we will definitely be return customers.

After going through one baby in this car we realized we were in for a lot of trouble. He spilt water and milk in the back seat and made a huge mess. We did not think the stains would ever come out. Well they did! Logan knows his stuff and was able to better educate me on how he was able to get rid of the stains even though they had been there for over a year. I wish I had a before picture but I don’t. If you can use your imagination though you can picture a pretty dirty car! We were very satisfied when he brought our car back to our place looking like this. I liked how he could pick up our car and drop it off. We had a great experience.

Logan did a great job! He took a 13 year old truck that had not been cleaned in quite a while and made it shine! Even the spots we didn't think he would be able to get very well he did a great job! There were services we agreed on that he started and then determined it wasn't helping so he stopped and didn't charge me for something I didn't need. Working with him is a great experience!

The Weathertech mats look new and all the nooks and crannies were clean and all the personal stuff in a bag so I can de clutter things! I would recommend to any friends and family without hesitation!

My dad taught me that if I didn't do anything else, keep my cars clean and change the oil regularly. Having recently relocated to Idaho Falls, I was looking for a place to get my vehicles detailed and luckily I found High Caliber Cleaning. I rarely write reviews and only do so for excellent service and good value. The owner of High Caliber Cleaning, Logan, did an excellent job and my nearly 13-yr-old truck looks like new. Logan is not only and knowledgeable about vehicle detailing, he is also very personable and friendly. He has an amazing attention to detail and was able to easily correct a mistake that someone else made while treating my truck's headlights, leaving a residue that I hadn't been able to remove from the surrounding paint. An added bonus was pickup/delivery, making it very convenient for me. I was so impressed with the detail job on my truck that I also had High Caliber Cleaning detail my Audi. Like the truck, the Audi came out amazing. He even managed to remove some minor surface scratches--I can't even tell where they were. I highly recommend High Caliber Cleaning for all your auto detailing needs. I will certainly have my cars detailed there again!

Best detailing job ever! Logan does such a great job and always returns my vehicle looking like a brand new car! That’s saying a lot since I have three kids and we are in my car all the time. We have to drive an hour and a half for grocery shopping so I let the kids eat in the car. Logan made it look like they’ve never spilled anything! It seriously feels brand new. And Logan is so fairly priced! I get my car detailed every year and I will always go to Thomas Timeless Detailing, no question! My pictures are after the kids were in the car a couple times, but you can see how clean it is! Also he got every last dog hair out from the back- I was shocked. 10/10 I highly recommend!!
