I messed up so bad! I was slowly rolling forward staring at the left wheel slot and got a well deserved scolding from the young man trying to spray the front of my car on the right as I nearly rolled into him. The car wash works fine and the workers are busy and efficient. Don't get tunnel vision like I did! And if you get a well deserved scolding, own it.

It's cheaper than a lot of car washes but they don't give you a wipe for the inside of your car. They also knocked the passenger side wing mirror out of place. The vacuum ran for a good long time for just a dollar and it did a great job.

Normally happy with the service here but apparently someone was having a bad day there or something and became disrespectful to my husband because he slowly crept forward once the previous car had moved into the car wash. I didnt catch the employee's name, bald guy, middle aged with tattoos. We have been coming to this car wash despite moving away from the area but it seems like perhaps the people they're choosing to employ might be going downhill.

Awesome car wash! I went in yesterday and there was a customer who got stuck and took a little bit for them to back out and leave. The employee there paid for an armor all wipe for me for waiting. I will continue to come to this car wash!

It's a nice quick little wash. But every time I go to vacuum out my car the vacuum cleaners don't suck hardly at all. I switched to two different ones today to see if there would be a difference and there wasn't. It was really hard to vacuum up anything in my car.

I started coming here because they have a lower wheel track mechanism that allows lower clearance cars to not scrape underneath. Also, they always go above and beyond, working hard to clean the hard to get spots before going through the car wash. I appreciate them!

Very few places (if any at all these days) hand wash vehicles before they go through the automatic wash, it is very appreciated and makes the car cleaner. Haven't had any issues with scratches and customer service has been great every time I've been there. My husband and I tried 2 other local car washes and our cars were still dirty afterwards, this is one of the few places we actually look forward to taking our cars to to get cleaned.

Me and my family have come to your car wash for many years. Last time the guy seemed to be impatient and borderline rude. Thought maybe he was having a bad day. This time he motioned me forward while his partner was in front. I eased forward a little thinking he just wanted me a little closer to reach my rig.He through his hand up and was shaking his head at me. Was not necessary. I told him. He said I was acting aggressively. I was watching the guy in front, I don’t want to hurt him over a car wash. He was lying to save face. He is a lousy representative of your business. Very run down. Went thru the wash and did not get my car completely clean. The back was still dirty. Tried using the vacuums and one had no suction and when I told the people working there they did give me my money back, which was a plus. When I tried another vacuum, the hose broke as I was using it, making it unusable. I just had enough and left without talking to them again.

They got remodeled which looks really cool. However, when I pulled out I still had soap dripping down the back of my car. Better than the issues before where I'd still have bugs on my car.

I want to give this place a better review. I’ve been taking my cars here for years and have been happy with the service and price. I just went back after about a month and the price for the Ceramic Wash went from $13 to $18. That’s wayyy too high of a price increase. Please reevaluate your pricing or I likely won’t be returning

Compared to what this once was: It has turned into a sad and classless side show of a car wash. Trying to attract attention with shitty signage, and ugly cheap infrastructure. This used to be the car wash of Thurston community. Now it's just a cheap HUSTLE.

(Now doing business as "Wild Willy's Car Wash" ) I'm new to the area, so I took my vehicle in for a much-needed wash after the long drive from Idaho to Springfield left it with set-in bug guts and dust all over the car. I was very happy to know there were two people pre-washing with brushes. I got the $18 wash because of how dirty it was. I had to yell out to one of the guys that I had some pretty established bug splats on my car and he then sprayed their "bug juice" over the windshield and front bumper/hood and proceeded to brush scrub them again, which finally did the trick. One man also used a soft microfiber mitt to wipe the area under the hatch spoiler clean, as we all know those catch dust and dirt under them. The automatic wash itself was pretty short, and I was able to go through with my very low profile Inno rooftop box. Not all car washes allow that. I, thankfully, didn't encounter any issues that bad reviews mentioned, so I'll be back.

The customer serives was horrible. I had, I guess issues of putting my car in neutral. The car started rolling backwards and I hit the brake. One of the guys told me it was in reverse. I told him it wasn't. I took my foot off the brake and didn't move the gear shift the car was no longer rolling. I said I didn't move it so not sure why. As I was going into the wash they had no idea I could hear them making fun of me and the situation. After the wash I walked up to the guy that I paid and told him to let them know the next time they want to make fun of people they may want to wait until they are entirely in the car wash because I could hear them and then ssked for a manager. The manager came out. I told him the same. He said "well what did they say?" Which shouldn't matter but I told him. He said "oh I'm pretty sure I know who it was. He's young, still in high school, and learning his manners." This kid is old enough to already know his manners. I said "that's no excuse." He then said "don't inturrupt me while I'm talking." At which point I said "excuse me? Now I want corporate's information." He said "we are locally owned." I replied "then I want to speak to the owner." He said "you will speak to me before you speak to the owner." I said "I just did and your attitude sucks. So, now I want to speak to the owner." He said "no." I told "I don't usually complain but I thought I needed to since this was my 1st experience here" and he still wouldn't allow me to speak to or get the owners information. Makes me think he didn't want the manager to know. So, I turned around and walked away. He said "have a nice day." But was very incincer about it. I turned back and said "I did until now." His reply "I could say the same about you." So, I flipped him off over my shoulder. Then he says "and you probably can't afford the more expensive washes anyways." So, I flipped him off again. Then as I pulled out they were all outside manager included laughing and making fun of the situation. So, once again when they looked at me and I drove away I flipped them off. I so hope the owner reads this and sees how his employees represent his company and handle customer diputes. I will not be going back, plus two other family members and any one else who I know and can tell this too. Just so the owner knows. All the young and inexperienced manager needed to do when I told him that I didn't appreciate them making fun of me as I was going intonthe car wash was say "I'm so sorry this happened. You shouldn't have been treated this way. I think I k mnow who you are referring. May I ask what he said so that I can talk to him about his manners. Please don't let this bad experience deture yiu from coming back and give us a 2nd chance to make a good impression and give you a better experience." The way the younger generations approach manners and disputes is ridiculous.

I was in a car accident and was un able to clean myself. They left spray marks on everything (should only spay the rag itself). Also didn't detail in any creases and left things streaky. As well as placed mats over wet flooring, vents dusty. Waist of my money not worth $115.

They never fail to disappoint me in both of their service and poor end results! Both the owner and his elderly son are extremely rude mannered and have witnessed them yelling at their customers. After pointing out that the top of my car was still very noticeabley dirty after getting the ceramic wash, the owners son looked annoyed and refused to correct it. His answer was, go somewhere else instead. Okay then, I will!

I was seeing my car get to a point it needed a good cleaning. This car wash is absolutely about community. They are the real ones. (iykyk). Super positive crew who all are hard workers. Thank you guys for your commitment to the community. Fair price too. Go get a wash there soon. They'll make your day with their positive environment. It is right by any store too so a nice fun way to get away in the car wash after grocery shopping to clear the mind. Take a breath and go get your car washed from these guys. They will take good care of your sweet baby and make her shine!
