I’m very disappointed with this car wash. My vehicle was damaged during a wash a couple of weeks ago. I have tried to contact the business and their corporate number to no avail. I have yet to receive a call back or a response to my message on their “contact us” area on their website. Beware of this place and their shady antics. I plan to park my vehicle in the Walmart parking lot across the street with a sign saying “this is what happened when I used this car wash.” Perhaps that would earn a reply from them. Edit as a reply to their comment: If you take damage claims seriously then why do you not return phone calls or emails? Why have you not watched said video cameras to see what happened and take care of the damage to my vehicle. What a sham…..

Great car wash. Location is tough sometimes but I’ll be back. Had a minor issue pulling up the webpage for my birthday wash. But the attendant was very nice and hooked me right up.

Probably the worst and most rude staff i’ve ever encountered. Wouldn’t recommend going here especially if you’re trying to wait for the police after your child is assaulted on site.

I have been extremely pleased with this car wash for the past year until today. While having my truck washed, the blowers ripped off part of my grill and Time to Shine is not accepting responsibility. I'm being told they only accept responsibility if the brushes cause damage, not the blowers. Anywho, proceed with caution as they will not accept responsibility for vehicles damaged by their blowers.

Went there last night and my husband and I paid $60 for car washes. Vacuums on one side were not even on and on the other side were so clogged we could not properly vacuum they told me to keep moving our vehicles until we got to one that worked and told me no I could not come back and run one of the still dirty vehicles back through on another day. They mentioned that there was no manager there. My truck was not that dirty and just needed dust and bugs removed which were still there after the wash. There was no manager onsite when I called the next morning either but spoke with someone who said that they were a team leader and placed me on hold for 7 minutes for some reason. I don’t have time to wait on hold so needless to say, I will not be coming back here and this place needs new management and ownership. They didn’t used to be like this. Going to TidalWave now.

Basic wash membership, so I have been here a lot. Have since canceled my membership. The machines do not wash the front, top or right side of my car. This happens every time. I have to use their tags and windex to finish the job every time. 9/4/25 I just renewed my membership with a new car. First time was great. Today, the first side brushes did not activate and the soap dispensing did not reach the roof of my Outback. Just frustrating.

I had a wonderful experience with this company. Ms. Howard helped me with buying a wash and later talked me into getting the membership. A dollar a day is a great price and they have the best vacuums.

I stopped by this past weekend and purchased a $27 single wash. A bit pricey, but with everything mentioned (wash, wax, ceramic coating, dry, vacuums, cloths, air hoses) I told my self it was worth it. We used to travel this way a lot with our other vehicle and previously had a monthly membership. I was going to re-enroll but this experience brought that idea to screeching halt. The vehicle in front of us was a larger, lifted Toyota SUV with a large metal cargo basket on top. The top roller brush bounced off of it while that vehicle was going through and never came down to touch my vehicle. It came back down for the next car. After going through the wash I pulled to the vacuums and discovered not only was the top of my vehicle not touched the sides were missed in multiple spots and the grill was still dirty as well. I reported it to the attendants and they offered a re-wash once they fixed the payment and entry control system. Estimated wait time 5-10 minutes. After 30 minutes we had to leave for an appointment. Unfortunate experience. Won’t be back.

Time to Shine Car Wash on Forest Drive is top-notch! The service is quick and efficient, and my car always comes out looking spotless. The tire shine, in particular, is fantastic. It has my tires gleaming like new every time! The staff is friendly and ensures you're satisfied with the wash. The facility is clean, and the different wash options make it easy to choose exactly what your car needs. It's the perfect place for a quick wash that leaves your car looking like it just rolled off the lot. Highly recommend it!

Love this car wash! Never too busy when we go, so long as it isn't the weekend. Vacuums work well. They provide window cleaner, interior cleaner and towels to wipe everything down. Really cool feature is the automatic floor mat washer machine thing. Helps get that deep dirt out and has the option to use water to help clean or just rub them through without water. Car always comes out nice and clean and fresh

This is my second time coming To a white water car wash. One was up in Saint Andrews. This one is in the city of Columbia and they both are awful. This Car wash didn’t even have a brush going up my hood for my windshield still had a whole lot of soap on my car after the wash there’s no spray for the towels. Half of the towel containers were empty. I got the good car washes and they are not worth the money. I do not recommend coming here.

1-Star Review - Very Disappointed I went through the Time to Shine car wash on Forest Dr around 7:30 PM, and the wash left grease all over my car. I went to the workers to let them know, and the shift leader, who said her name was Kimani, told me they had a hydraulic leak and were "trying to fix it." As a customer, I don't know anything about hydraulic leaks, so I asked what I was the fix. Her response was basically that they have to clean the brushes so, "You can go to another car wash." I wash my car every day at this location. I provide a car service for patients who need transportation to medical appointments, so keeping my car clean is part of my job. By the time I get to another car wash tonight, it will be too late--and I have early morning appointments. Being told to just "go somewhere else" was not a solution. I asked if there was a manager I could speak with, and she said no, that she was the shift leader and there was no one else to talk to. When I asked for a number to call a manager later, she refused and said they would "tell me the same thing." She wouldn't give her last name, she said that is personal information. She didn't even try to explain what a hydraulic leak meant so I could understand why my car was covered in grease in the first place. On top of that, I'm a paying member, and being told to go wash my car somewhere else--while I'm already there--is completely unacceptable. The customer service was dismissive, unhelpful, and unprofessional. I expected much better from a place I support daily.
