Initial experience was good so I ordered and prepaid for 2 tires to be delivered and installed the next morning. Long story short, they were finally installed the next afternoon, after waiting over 2 hours in the waiting room for completion. Seemed like a long wait for an appointment. Plus, no one got me when it was done, I had to go in and ask for my keys once I noticed my car completed. Impression- Once they had my money the customer service seemed to end.

I was told an hour to fix a flat. After 2 hours nothing had been done so I got air in my tire and left. Cost was going to be $38 to repair. They do an inspection which I did not authorize and of course they recommend about $400 in repairs. New tires after 31,000 miles, change transmission fluid, new air filter, etc. What a Rip off, of course I said NO! Would not recommend there service.

Went in there after buying some tires from tire rack and having it sent there. The initial quote that tire rack shared with me was $150 for a wheel alignment. Left paying $350 plus. I felt a bit cheated. Personnel was nice but the price was not delivered.

I came to get a tuneup and after they told me that it would be $1400 to fix things on my car, I just asked for A new battery only and they ended up doing the battery, oil change, and tire rotation, which was over $600. They wanted us to swipe our card before telling us the total and when I asked how much the total was, they finally told us. Was not happy with everything the way it was handled.

I had my brake fluid exchanged, my coolant exchanged and my struts and shocks replaced. All was done in one day and everyone was very helpful. When I picked up the car there was some rattling in the driver’s wheel well. I unfortunately was unable to take it back the very next day but I took it back in the day after that and they were able to change out the defective part and sent me on my way the same day. They were very professional, quick and thorough. Highly recommend! I ended up having continuous leaking transmission fluid that required me to bring my car back into the shop for more work. After weeks of the car being in the shop, due to waiting on parts from the manufacturer, I ended up getting it back with the shop covering all repairs that were done as well as the towing/car rental. This was great, although it took about 4 months in total for the money to be reimbursed. I am giving the shop 3 stars rather than 5 because of the communication. Throughout the weeks my car was in the shop I was told many times that I would recieve a call back and really only did 1 or 2 times. I understand that there was little to no progress made at times but following through with that communication would have made all the difference. Also, after bringing the car back that the shop, I called and was told me they completed certain work, which I was not aware of/did not approve prior to. Granted it was work that needed to be done, although I would have liked to know it was being completed prior to the services. Everyone was kind to work with although all in all the communication was very lacking and that created a poor experience for this customer.

I got a new set of tire for Christmas online, I called to have them installed and balanced, Mavis tire on 466A they quote $45 per tire since I didn’t buy them from them. Tire Choice $32 per tire. Both close it my house. Thanks

Took about an hour just for an oil change and car was pulled into the shop right away. No tire pressures measured and/or changes even though I asked for it to be done. Not sure about any fluid levels checked as nothing mentioned. Price seemed high for the minimal extra service.

They told me it would be an hour and a half tops for one tire. Come to find out they didn’t have my tire on hand so had to order it from auto zone. I walked in at 10:22 and didn’t leave until almost 3pm. They never apologized and seemed annoyed that i was even asking why it was taking so long. I missed picking up my child from school and was scrambling. Had they told me they didn’t have my tire in stock i would’ve had my AAA tow me to my preferred mechanic for free. I had a sudden flat tire and thought i could go to the nearest auto shop and it would be 2 hours max. They also tried to charge me over $1,000 at first until i said no then gave me their “real” price of $600. When i said i just want the one tire they STILL overcharged me for a $70 tire. I left spending over $150 on one tire that took over 4 hours. No apologies for the insane wait either. I’d give 0 stars if i could.

Had my car towed in for a transmission leak. They claim they repaired it after 5 days of waiting. They claim they test drove it when they were done, but my lojac app shows them starting it and it staying in the same place for 18 minutes. When driving it home it was shifting like neutral slams and they told me to keep driving it until it fixes itself. Now it's back in limp mode and running worse than ever. They also told me the technician that was working on it wont be back for 3 days, so they can't look at it. These people are shady and way over priced.

Mr. Ty, the owner, truly sets the tone — he’s professional, honest, and genuinely cares about his customers. His crew was just as impressive: effective, efficient, and clearly skilled at what they do. They were able to diagnose, fix, and solder the clutch issue on my car quickly and with real attention to detail. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation and it was determined that I needed four new tires and a battery as well. The work was done well and the GM was very professional and efficient. However I witnessed two employees bickering both days I was there. It was clear to me that one of the techs did little to nothing other than singing while looking at his phone while I was waiting 5 hours for my car to be completed. This was troubling as the GM was busting his butt trying to keep everything working.

I have to say I'm very pleased with tire choice. They are very friendly and they went above and beyond to get me back on the road. One of my aluminum rims had a crack so a small leak, without hesitation they took that tire off and transferred it to my spare rim. I purchased four new tires, the wait time was extremely fast.

The manager and your long term mechanic took excellent care of me, especially for this time of year! The holidays are here and money is tight. They treated me extremely fairly. I checked around and they beat everybody's price after isolating the problem that the others could not! Achieving an appointment was instant. Just needed a new tire from previous flat. Donut was on and just had to change it out with the new tire I purchased. Front mgr was extremely kind and courteous. Very polite. Took my car almost on time. The only problem was the amount of time. Took about an hour and half. It was the end of the day, so you think they would have wanted to go homes. I would return but leave my car for the day and not wait.

Well, let me first say that I will never come back. I’ve never had to wait so long for an oil change. There were greasy marks on the inside of the door on my cloth handle when I drove it the next day every program alert went off every five seconds I had to go back so they could reset it to factory level. What a nightmare. Also, I’ve never been charged labor for an oil change on top of the price. There was no coffee, although there was a machine and the little bare room was too cold to sit in.
