I called for a quote for replacing break pads, I was quoted $275 including labor and materials. I took my car in the next day and was told the rotors need replacing too. Got quoted 300 for parts and 240 for labor. I brought up I was told $275 parts and labor yesterday. The owner comes out and literally did not let me talk at all. I mean I could even say a single word, spoke over me all the time and quite honestly tried to overpower into me paying higher price. He admitted he spoke to me yesterday but said he meant just labor which is not true. When I tried to point out this, he started talking over me again aggressively.

My wife was skeptical about such a service, but somehow she punched a wheel on the outskirts of the city and I called this brigade. They arrived as quickly as possible and helped her. Very much recommend this place. The owner, Willie, and his wife, know what it's like to help someone out in a pinch. He's been in business a long time, I think he used to be a mobile tire guy, and now he has a big real tire shop. Very good customer service. It's a large family run place. Not going to lie expected more, only installed 1 tire when I asked for 2 , eventually put on second.......I left the shop and 15 min down the road stopped my tire was on angled because 2 of my lug nuts weren't installed properly. Very very much would not recommend this shop to anybody put my ENTIRE FAMILY IN DANGER.

We had a flat tire and needed it replaced with our spare in TERRIBLE dark stormy freezing weather. These guys still came despite all that, managed to get my lock nut off my car even though I was missing the key, and even pumped my spare tire back to full, and for a very good price. He even took the time to explain to me some things I should know next time I'm in the same situation. These guys are the real deal, if you're in a pinch and need someone to lean on, trust me, call these guys. They'll get you fixed up right!
