AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! I was charged over $2,000 and left without my truck for days, only to deal with multiple leaks they never properly fixed. Instead of using a simple dye test to locate the problem, they kept having me come back over and over—causing me to miss work repeatedly. One day, the oil smell was so bad in my truck that my daughter and I felt dizzy. Their excuse? They claimed it was just residue from the repair. Turns out, it was still leaking the entire time! I had to rent cars, take even more time off work, and deal with endless frustration. The receptionist never knows anything, and the short guy at the counter is a fast talker who will try to convince you of anything. After bringing my truck back three times, it overheated on me, all the warning lights came on, and I barely made it to another auto shop. That’s when I found out only some of the leaks I paid to fix had actually been repaired—causing even more damage and making my truck run worse than before. Thankfully, I found ALL OKAY AUTO, and they saved the day! They actually fixed my truck, kept me updated throughout the process, got it back to me on time and running perfectly, and even gave me a free loaner car. I went back to the original shop to demand a refund, showing them proof that my truck was still leaking, and they had the audacity to tell me to bring it back again—meaning more time lost, more rentals, and still no truck for work. NOPE, I’LL TAKE THE LOSS! Lesson learned. Unless you have money to waste and time to burn, stay far away from this place! 🚨

I went in to have a noise checked out at the rear of my car, over 1500.00 and two weeks later, I still have the same noise in the rear of the car. They recommended and replaced both cv axles and boots in the front of the car. They marred up the transmission trying to get the right axle out. Then they replaced the strut and shock absorber on both sides in the rear, six weeks later the right shock is leaking. This was found out by the VW dealership mechanic, along with the front cv boot missing the small clamp. When I came in to speak to Omar, the owner said all the work and parts were under warranty and he be would ordering the parts, and give me call. Three days later I get to the shop Omar isn't at work, and no one else knows anything about the parts or work to be done. Liz, called him at home, and was told he had ordered the parts but check to see when they were coming in. Liz checked with Auto Zone and the parts hadn't been ordered. Liz had to order the parts on Saturday, so of course no one had the cv boot locally. Had to be ordered with a delivery date of Tuesday. Stay away from this shop. The only reason I ended up here is, VW had over a week long waiting time. All together I'm out over 2600.00 because they recommended two coil springs for the rear of the car to fix the original noise problem. I had to purchase from VW and decided to let VW install on the spot. Once installed the noise continue to exist. So I'm out of my money and still have a leaking shock, and a cv boot need replacing. Liz has done a great job assisting me today, she was able to get me a shock delivered today. But no luck on the CV boot, until next week around Tuesday. I Recommend take your vehicle elsewhere, this has been a nightmare. Three weeks have gone by and the shop still hadn't called me to replace the faulty cv boot. So I called the shop and Liz the front desk person no longer works there, but the new lady working was very kind and polite, she called Omar the owner to find out about the cv boot replacement he told her he was out of town and would call me when he returned. I decided to go to the shop to find out when the warranty work would be completed. The mechanic name Mike called Omar, and I spoke with him personally over the phone. He stated He didn't think I would be back because of the bad review. I explained to him my car is under Warranty and I'm not paying another shop to fix it. I need to get it fixed at his shop. He stated again I'm out of town and I'll call you back sometime on Monday. I asked him for the other owners name and number, he refused to give it to me after several attempts. I found out through someone else his Uncle was part owner and had a tire shop on Cliffdale road, I went to the shop and one of the personnel asked me what I wanted, I explain the situation to him, he said ok, walked off to the office and came back a few minutes later saying he wasn't in because of back problems, and to come back in five to seven days. So I left and will will return on Monday to talk to Omar. I will continue to post until my car has been repaired or my money refunded.
