Thought I got a deal on used Tires. The very next day they were flat. Feel completely ripped off and disappointed. Have to go back in person to handle it Because I paid for what the mechanics sold me as “practically new tires “ 😒🙄

Got a used tire for 35 bucks to replace my flat, they had me in and out in 20 minutes, great service. Would have been five stars but they don't accept any credit cards, cash only.

My first experience was not bad then I return again because I got a flat tire, When the guy began to fix my tire I didn’t see him after that he told my tire didn’t have a Sensor Then I told to him how could be possible that,I stop there because my monitor showed me one tire flat. I spoke with the owner,referente it Just he said We have a sign outside “we aren’t responsibility about any situation “ Result the guy stole my air sensor.

I'm still trying to process the shocking experience I had with Tires & Auto Services, but I can never forget the way they took advantage of me. After 1.5 years of loyalty and paying inflated prices, I was unable to pay my bill in full and was left with a $2000+ bill. But what happened next was even more egregious. The owner was uncooperative and refused to work with me to find a solution. Instead, he chose to put a lien on my truck, knowing I couldn't afford the extra fees. And then, he did something that left me speechless - he kept my truck, holding it hostage for over $4000 more than the original bill (storage fees, processing fees, etc). I'm still waiting for my truck to be returned, and it's been a month since I've seen it. But even worse, when I tried to get my kids' possessions back from the truck, the owner was dismissive and hostile. He told me I should have thought of that before I didn't have his money. When I tried to get my belongings back, I had to resort to calling the police just to get them back - it was humiliating and stressful. I felt betrayed and taken advantage of by Tires & Auto Services's business practices. It's clear that they're more interested in lining their pockets with profit than in providing honest service to their customers. Don't make the same mistake I did. Tires & Auto Services is not a reputable business, and you deserve better than to be treated like a pawn in their game of profit over people. If you're looking for a trustworthy and honest mechanic, look elsewhere. There are many honorable shops and shop owners out there who will treat you with respect and fairness. But be warned: Tires & Auto Services (i.e. Mike) is a predator who preys on unsuspecting customers like me. Don't let them get away with it.

I’d say it’s a dirty place. Flat tire repair patch was $20. In my opinion a bit expensive but still ok. Be aware that they only accept cash!

MIGUEL Does not know how to provide service to a customer looking for a solution. What a poor example of customer service and probably why the place is completely empty. I tell him I’m a previous customer and a business owner that referrs business to the store & his response is “I’ve never seen you” Sounds good to me, best of luck to you guys

Went to 5 tire shops and noone had my needs. Needed 1 tire to replace. Didnt notice the other side of my back tires wasnt looking too good. These guys were quick, efficient kind and even helped me to check other things as a light and an annoying noise. The owner was quick as well but the guy that helped me was awesome. Id definetely come back here for any future needs. I give my honest recommendation

I recently visited Tires & Auto Services, and they truly exceeded my expectations. The staff was professional, friendly, and honest about everything my car needed. Not only did they take care of my tires perfectly, but they also took the initiative to help me with a steering issue I was having. They diagnosed the problem immediately, which really showed the experience and knowledge they have. They explained everything clearly and fixed it right away something most shops wouldn’t bother to do. My car drives smoother than ever. They even double-checked everything before returning my car, which really shows their commitment to quality and customer care. They did an amazing job, went above and beyond, and I’ll definitely be coming back!
