Made an appointment to have 2 tires replaced. Representative on the phone confirmed to me it is $25/ tire to replace with my model confirmed. My younger brother went to get the job done and tell him $55/ tire. SCAM BEWARE will try to scam inexperienced kids here Response: it isn’t a pricing issue. It’s a dishonest issue with this tire shop and trying to take advantage of your customers. Shame . I’ve seen bad tire shops this is just the worst

I've been a customer for years at this location and always got service, whether it was tires or oil changes or a simple battery...sometimes more than 1 battery. The Manager Nick is always of the highest caliber with me and treats me with respect and honesty on what I need and don't and of course given a fair price. No matter the car I'm driving I take it right to Tires Plus Sandalfoot as I would not go anywhere else and there are options.

Went to this shop and honestly couldn’t be happier. Had an issue after hours and Nate came through big time. Dude didn’t just brush me off, he actually took the time to help and got me back on the road. You don’t get service like that everywhere. Shop’s solid, but Nate really went above and beyond. After another terrible experience at Tire Kingdom, I called and spoke to Nate to see if they could squeeze me in for a wheel alignment Christmas Eve. Not only was he able to accommodate me before my appointment, but got me out in less than an hour. With competitive pricing, their is no reason to go anywhere else for tires, car maintenance and repair. Highly recommend. A new loyal customer.

Today was not a good day for customers service for me. Let me start by saying that I’ve been a customer for many many years now. But today I saw my car was done and the keys on the counter and the manager kept on taking new customers. It took 30mins to give me my keys and it took less than 1 minute to finalize my transaction. I get he’s by himself and definitely needed more help but I would’ve appreciated if he would’ve taken care of me quickly and been on my way. Secondly the tech that did the service didn’t even bother to fully remove the sticker from the previous oil change and just placed a new on next to it. Also I asked for full synthetic and the miles for the next service don’t show that. So I’m not sure what oil they used. Last one was they didn’t even bother to reset the service interval in y car. Usually have a great experience but today was not the day. I need to know what oil they used.

For a while the service was fine, but then it became careless. First, the lock on my wheel disappeared I come back and they find it out, so then in another day they broke the lock on my wheel, told me to come back for a new one, and every time I went back they never had a new lock to give me and always had a different excuse. And today I scheduled an appointment to fix a tire with a nail and they simply told me they couldn't help me. It's all a shame. And it seems like a general problem for many businesses... The world needs to wake up that without customers there will be no jobs 🙏🙏🙏🙏

I had a nail in my tire and came in a bit nervous since I don’t know much about tires. The team here was amazing! They were fast, friendly, and very kind. I felt completely comfortable waiting as everything was taken care of. As a woman, it meant a lot to be treated with respect and put at ease. I love this shop. I bring all my vehicles here for service. It’s always good to make an appointment ahead of time, they get quite busy, but I appreciate the communication the provide on vehicle updates so I am in the know. Ultimately, they are pretty quick unless a rare part or tire is needed.

Unsafe Brake Service I had a terrible experience with TirePlus. I paid $1,400 for a brake service and had to return the vehicle three times because the brake pedal kept sinking. Each time, they gave the car back saying the problem was fixed, but nothing changed. Today, the brake warning light came on, and when I checked, the brake fluid was low, which clearly means there is a leak from the service they did. This is a serious safety issue, and shows that the job was not done correctly from the start. After spending a lot of money and time, my brakes are still unsafe. I do not recommend TirePlus to anyone looking for reliable and professional service.

I had the most chaotic morning this morning. I went to tire Kingdom first before going across the street to tires plus. Tire Kingdom was so cold. They were horrible to me.Their customer service was trash .They didn’t even take the time to look at my tires to see if my tires were fine, what was going on,nothing. They did not show that they cared about what was going on with my car and they just let me drive off with two literal holes in my tires then I drove across the street to tires plus and I was so fortunate to have found Nate and Art. They were so sweet to me. They literally took me in with open arms and they helped me immediately with my car no issues. On top of that they helped me find something That wasn’t so pricey and that would fit in my budget. They actually showed that they care to help me and that they cared for my business as well. I would totally tell anyone to come here to this location because they will take you in open arms without a doubt.

If you enjoy being yelled at before anyone even looks at your car, this is the place for you. The manager took one glance from across the garage and seen my Tesla and declared my tires “run-flats.” They aren’t. I bought the tires myself — trust me, I know. If they were, I wouldn’t have needed assistance in the first place. The receptionist was lovely, though. Honestly, he deserves a better leader.

This location always does great work and the pricing is very fair. I appreciate that they look at wear items and make honest recommendations for other work that I sometimes forget about. The mechanic recommended a serpentine belt and I have no doubt it was cracked because my wife's Yukon is 8 years old and has never had that item replaced.
