Broke off my lug nut in the wheel and didn't tell me until it became too late. It was covered up with my wheel cap so I didn't see it when I was looking at it after it was brought back to me. Otherwise the service was fast with appointment made. It cost me $257 to get the stud melted out at another business.

There’s only two mechanic working the day I pull in and I saw that they are working hard. Called yesterday to make an appointment for new tires and was told I did not need an appointment and could walk in today with no problem. I questioned him because I was certain I needed one, and he said no absolutely not, just walk in. Took off work today to take my car in, and when I arrived, I was told I absolutely need an appointment as they could not guarantee they could get to my car because their appointments were full. The front desk guy seemed very confused on why I was told I didn’t need an appointment. So don’t listen to anyone there who says you don’t need an appointment, because you absolutely do.

I had the same issue as carol and tried filling my tires with air. The machine took the air out and I was worried about making the long drive back to Canada. I stopped here after dropping my dog off for her MRI at the university. The man who was working filled my tires and was extremely friendly and super helpful. Extremely poor communication between staff. My appt was scheduled but incorrectly so they didn't know I was coming. No senior mechanic two days in a row that knew enough to look at my car. Lower level mechanic diagnosed problem as one thing, other mechanic said it's a different problem. Manager didn't explain that they even spoke of the different problems and why one was worse than the other. Replaced rotors and the problem was not resolved. Suddenly oil light is now flickering after picking up my car. Manager basically told me it wasn't their fault because they worked on the tires, not the engine. He was very dismissive and unhelpful. Will not return to this location.

Thought it was gonna be a long wait to get my flat tire fixed since I didn’t have an appointment but they were able to squeezed me in after some cancellations on a very slippery and chaotic day. I greatly appreciated all the mechanics that worked on my car and Ashley for being so friendly and helpful while having to deal with all the chaos of today. Highly recommend, just make appointment ahead of times as they are very busy so be understandable as they are humans too. They’re not in control of the unpredictable incidents that happened around them.

They tried to rip me off! Usually, I go to my default location which is at 1935 county road E, but this time their alignment rack was broken so they told me to go to a different location. That's why I ended up going to this location at 1331 w. Larpenteur Ave, for a free alignment based on my lifetime alignment past purchase with Tire Plus. So I took an appointment and left my car there for an alignment, then I received a phone call telling me that they couldn't do an alignment unless I replace the tie rod because the tie rod is bad. I didn't believe them because I just did an alignment a few months ago, and everything was fine. So I took back my car, then went to Firestone to do my alignment, and they were able to do it without any issues. Tire plus have been very dishonest on this larpenteur ave location. Because of their dishonesty, I have to spend extra money on Firestone. Never buy lifetime alignment if you plan to go to this location. If they know they must do it for free, they are going to bring up something to rip you off. I am not saying that all Tire Plus are bad, but everything depends on the location you are going to, not the company name. But I learned my lesson, and will never go to this location again. In my opinion the lifetime alignment may be a scam depending on the location you are going.

Usually, an oil change is just a chore. At this Tires Plus, it’s a seminar. The guy at the front desk (didn't get his name, unfortunately) knows more about cars than some engineers I’ve met. It’s rare to find that kind of genuine passion and expertise at a shop. I’m honestly tempted to 'forget' when my next service is due just so I have an excuse to stop by and ask another car question.

As a first-time customer, I can't say enough about this Tires Plus location. Leon and Ashley were awesome - friendly, helpful, professional and fast helping me out in an urgent situation. They do a lot more than tires (oil changes, suspension, etc.). I don't give a lot of reviews, but they sure helped me out and I feel great about supporting them. Check them out, you will too.

Leon saved me today. With a tight window before an appointment he took my carry in wheel bank and replaced a nearly new tire I failed to repair myself after I picked up a screw. Great Employees Went in for a walk in tire appointment for 4 new tires 2 hours before closing. Leon took my appointment and did an amazing job explaining different tire options and protection plans. He was able to fit me in before they closed and I was very happy about that. The mechanic that worked on my car was James and he did a very thorough, well done job. No tire light, all tires were mounted on the wheel perfectly and no scratches on my rims when it was done! To close out my ticket, I spoke with Ashley. I would really like to make it apparent how well of a job she did. You can tell she really cares about a good customer interaction and she did everything in her power to make sure my visit was above and beyond. I do work/ maintenance on my car and had a few questions for her, which she thoroughly explained and offered advice on different routes to take to fix some other issues. She was also able to change my ticket and add a few more warranty options when I was checking out. She stayed 15 minutes past close to answer some questions and get me taken care of. It’s easy to tell when the employees of a place actually care, and I can tell the employees at this location do. I will be returning to this location for all repairs and maintenance I can’t do myself from here on out! Thank you Leon, Ashley and James for doing such an amazing job and getting me taken care of same day!
