Tito's fixed my transmission for $260.00 while 2 other mechanics wanted to just replace the transmission with an old used one for $1,800.00. Tito took the time to diagnose and fix the problem without trying to push me into repairs that were not needed. Tito served me but entire staff was very nice. From the mechanics to the secretary. Clean shop. Honest service. I highly recommend this establishment.

I was researching for an above average transmission shop to bring my 2005 Jeep Wrangler to, transmission and oil leaks from multiple locations. I wanted it fixed and fixed correctly, I love my jeep what can I say,After asking around and searching online I found Titos Transmission shop. I called him on a Thursday told him briefly what was going on, I told him I’ll drop it off Saturday morning, Monday morning he looked over it thoroughly, he told me exactly where the problems were,what needs to be done to fix it and exactly how much it would cost to fix. Tito asked me for authorization to begin working on it, my answer was absolutely yes because I picked up the vibe 2 times talking to Tito, once on phone 2nd time in person that he’s the real deal Proffessinal I need working on my jeep. Wednesday morning came and Tito called me and said I can pick up my jeep it’s fixed and leaking absolutely nothing,changed some transmission lines and gaskets and a couple other things. I went back to his shop Wednesday evening and picked it up. I have to admit I was a little skeptical thinking the jeep is over 15 years old and has to be leaking from somewhere. Let me tell you,it’s not. I highly recommend Tito and his shop. He definitely gained my trust and a loyal customer. Prices were definitely fair,extremely professional and the man knows what he’s doing.

Tito's performed a transmission fluid replacement on my van. The price was fair and the service was fast. However, they told me to fix the leak the transmission needed to be completely rebuilt. I got a second opinion in Brooklyn and it turned out the leak was from a hose. It got fixed for $100. This is a big detail to overlook, hence the rating.

I took my car to this shop for a transmission repair & my car came out with more problems. I had a broken windshield, steering wheel not straight I ask what happened Tito going to say oh a rock hit . Refused to pay for it . If you’re a female don’t go to this shop w/o a male cause they would try &get over on you. Every time I ask why my car this and that Tito kept asking me am I sure , like I didn’t know what was wrong with my car . BEWARE TAKE PICTURES OF HOW YOUR CAR WAS BEFORE YOU TAKE IT THERE.

I recently took my car to him due to two codes I had on my Infinte. He walked outside but never went to my car, he asked what was the codes and year of the car and automatically told me it was my transmission. He never drove the truck or even lifted the hood nor did he put a scanner to check what was the codes that I told him. In which I previously the codes were scanned by AutoZone. I’m a little technically inclined with automotive so I didn’t go by what he told me I took it to Paterson in which he drove and scanned the codes. It was the same codes that AutoZone had diagnosed. He informed me to buy the sensor in which was one of the codes had diagnosed. I bought it from the dealer and cost $200 and $100 to replace it. The moral of the story is I saved over $5,000 and never go by what the first said. And ladies sometimes you have to bring a male with you because I’m quite sure this would’ve went differently.

I took my 2007 lexus GS 350 to Tito for a complete transmission rebuild, and for some engine work. He was very knowledgeable, he knows his stuff and nice. The price was so very reasonable compared to the 6 other places that I visited. Tito delivered exactly on time as promised, and my car is running as brand new. You can barely hear it running, because it is very smooth. Tito is the man, look no further.

After researching what was the best transmission shop in the area the reviews made me pick Tito’s and I’m so glad I did. Problem was diagnosed as an issue with the valve body and Tito walked me through all the possible outcomes with such an issue. Tito and his employees were very thorough with the diagnosis and was very kind/helpful. I came with the part and the car was fixed/running like new in less than 3 hours. Drove into Tito's on a Saturday morning, hemorrhaging transmission fluid. He took my information, I left the key. Within an hour he contacted me with the cause of the leak & the solution. Took my 2005 Acura TL for a transmission rebuild since my transmission was completely shot. Tito performed a miracle and brought my car back to life and now it sounds and drives better than ever. Our 2008 Jeep Liberty needed transmission work, muffler and a/c repair. I was in a jam and too busy to think about visiting dealerships. After reading reviews of transmission shops in the area, I called Tito’s Transmissions, even though it was nearly a half hour drive to Newark. Tito and his mechanics did not disappoint, as they rebuilt the trans and installed the muffler within 3 days as promised. I can now relax as the car runs smooth and purrs like a kitten. A fair price, 12 month warranty and beautiful work are waiting for you at Tito’s.

My daughter's truck was down the street at another mechanic shop that I paid to fix her transmission and the gave the truck back saying that could not fix it after installing the new transmission. I went online and found Tito's Transmission Center and took my daughters truck to him Wednesday night right before he closed. He called me the next day after he found a few more issues and the truck was ready to be picked up Saturday morning. The truck now runs perfectly with no issues. He was so king and helpful. He now has a new customer because I will be coming back.
