Terrible, unresponsive, unprofessional. Can’t even get this “company” to respond to emails or phone calls. You’ll be better off using the “Lawn Guy” or any other landscaping service in a Google search.

I would give them zero stars or negative stars if possible. This company is one of the most unprofessional companies to deal with when it comes to landscaping or anything to do with yard service. It took me weeks to just get them to visit for a quote. Once they visited, they kept saying they would provide a quote in a few days. I never received a quote so I called and was told the quote was about to be sent and that I should call back if I don’t receive it in a hour or so. Sure enough no quote and as soon as I called it went straight to voicemail. I gave it a few days then called on numerous days but unfortunately no one picks up anymore at their listed business phone. Very unprofessional. If service is not going to be able to be provided, simply say so and it’s no big deal. I can find another landscaper. However, responding a few times then going completely unresponsive, very unprofessional. I don’t know how a business can survive with this type of business model. The only good thing is that I never wasted any money on them. Update: So it took a negative review to get a response. The response was actually posted within a few hours of the review. I find it interesting that the owner responds with essentially “they are too busy with CURRENT (no need for the capitalization) customers“, yet when getting a bad review, a response is promptly issued. While I understand that TMT is busy with current customers, is it really that hard to simply respond with “we are going to be unable to work with you” ? Additionally the rationale that sometimes it’s better to not respond seems more like an excuse of lazy administration. It takes literally 2 mins to send a text to a customer saying we are unable to provide service. Had the owner provided that response, I literally would not be wasting my time with a review. There are so many quality landscapers in the area, don’t waste your time with one who may do quality work, but at the sacrifice of being a professional.
