We love TNT Car Wash in Surprise, Arizona! We took our RV to get detailed, washed, and waxed and they gave us a free wash for our truck! They did an incredibly beautiful job! We are thrilled! We always come to TNT, they are fantastic!

Have been dealing with Alex for couple years is service and integrity and his professionalism is top shelf. I recommend this car wash over the ones on bell. The ones on bell are overprice,treat you like you are a SALE and not like a person. Alex has reasonable pricing he's flexible and very Professional he treat you like a person now like a sale. Ask him anything about deals he will work with you. Had 3 cars detailed there am very pleased. One time i was not happy how my back seats looked. Took the car back asked Alex i was not happy. Without Hesitation he redid the back seats never question why. He just wanted me happy.

I’ve been going to this car wash for YEARS! Today was a bitter disappointment. Fireworks Wash was $25 today. There were only 2 other customers besides myself. 6 or 7 guys doing the detailing. My windshield is still dirty and smeared inside and out. None of my door panels are clean and they skipped the wheels and tires entirely.

Just had my car cleaned, inside and out. 2017 Honda CR-V. It looks like a brand new car. We have fabric seats that were starting to look stained and dingy. They shampooed the carpets and the seats. Everything is spotless! What a great treat it was to have my car done. BTW, we also have taken our RV in for a hand wash and wax. Another good job. I highly recommend TNT.

A friend of mine turned me on to this place, so I thought I'd give it a try. I like it! I got the $22 wash, and they did a great job. The waiting area is pretty cool with all types of stuff to purchase beyond just vehicle supplies. Plus, the women's bathroom was spotlessly clean. Impressive! Everyone seems very nice. I'll be back for sure!

Theft and poor job. I was gifted a mini-detail for mothers day which included 2 services: wax, carpets, seats, or surfaces. I paid for a third service which ended up costing all in all almost $200 and wasn't even a full detail. When I picked my car up, not only had they stolen a pocket knife and change purse with about $15 in it, but they did a shoddy job. The spills on the seats and carpets were faced but still there, including one that was spilled soap - not a stain just needed water to get it out. The windows were streaky and I had to re-clean the windshield. The rearview mirror had been sprayed but never wiped. I called about the theft and they "found" the pocket knife but not the change purse. Both of these items were in the middle console in 2 different storage areas and everything else was still there. They had to be specifically looking around in all the compartments to steal these 2 items. The only recourse I was offered was to pick up the knife and a $40 wash certificate. I wouldn't trust them with my car again so not useful. Waste of $200. Dishonest and horrendous customer service!

Disappointing. I had full exterior detailing done. I have white buffing compound in every crevices on my car, they applied too much and my fabric convertible top has multiple spots with compound smeared on it. I will not go back to this place. Not sure other places would be better, but I have nothing to loose at this point.

I had a horrible and shady experience at Cobblestone and came here. Very professional on a day they weren’t busy. I explained what a previous car wash did and how my car didn’t even look clean. They did a stellar job and gave me a more than fair deal on wash, wax, and headlight restoration to earn my business. They EARNED it. I was pleased with the service, commitment, and integrity of this place. Recommend you give them a chance before going to the OTHER guys. Not the first time Cobblestone gave bad service and they don’t care to make it right

We've been coming here for years as this was not once a part of our area. The service is always very nice here and the prices are appropriate for the work being done. Today we had her 4runner done with the ceramic wax and my truck with a nice wash. Sid seems to have a great crew here and his personality and leadership is very nice. I had a coupon for $20 to clean the inside and outside of my car. The outside was fine, but when I looked inside my vehicle, it was dusty in many areas. I don't want to have to tell the car technicians how to clean the inside. I can do much better than that, and won't be back. The car wash by Sam's Club in Surprise is much better. Very disappointed!!!

I paid for the full detail. This place is one of the last car washes that actually takes the time to make your car show room ready. Pay a little more than some chain car washes but well worth it. I was wrong, I priced check Cobblestone and TNT gave me a great price. I went and had both my vehicles detailed.

Syd was at the entrance when I asked if I could get the inside wiped down well. He was clear that a dry wipe is the service offered with anything below a detail. When I go to the other “full service” spot in Surprise I’m always told yes & leave disappointed! When my car was done, not only did he go out of his way to get my center console clean, I also received a nice discount! I cannot imagine what the Grand Ave. overpass has done to reduce business to this lovely spot. I will definitely be bringing my self back & sending others! I like when folks under promise & over deliver😉

Paid $530 for interior, engine, and exterior on my Challenger. Still had bug guts on bumper and obvious the hood was not even lifted. Previous attendant (Alex) would have personally gone over the car with me; new guy just made excuses and claimed 'not his job'. Will NEVER recommend again or go back, not even for basic wash which seems to have degraded lately also!!! **My father's experience but he does not have a Google account to leave review**

Was gifted a $250 detail for this place. 3 hours later, get the car back, and it looks the same minus the wipe down on the dash. They didn't even bother to clean the window marker off... I'll be refunding my friend because this was a scam.

All i know is the owner better have my Versace shades stolen out of my burgundy Jeep grand Cherokee yesterday. My husband and I will be up there tomorrow. I will bring the sheriff if need be he’s my neighbor. Y’all closed today but I need my shades and everything will be fine. Hold your employees accountable I’ve been coming here for years and have never had this issue. Update the owner said he doesn’t know who took them but they can see on camera who was in the car. But nobody was supposed to be in the car because Romero said rain check is only for outside. But this what you get when dealing with hood mess i will no longer bring my jeep, BMW, or my Silverado. Shame on the person who is such a coward to steal from a hard working individual.

Sid and his team charged what they said they would on our motor home did a great job wash and was on our 43’ motor home and washed our pickup multiple times. Did a great job every time. Looked at my motor home windshield and replaced that also. He dealt with the insurance company and I just had had to show up. I highly recommend Sid and his team. Great experience.

WAY BETTER THAN COBBLESTONE!!! In an Out, located in Surprise. Total time spent, about 20-30 minutes with TWO CARS! It's a very secluded area which makes it hard to find. When you get there, it's a gold mine. It's worth it. I didn't get the full service and small time limit. $10 each car was WELL WORTH IT. They do ALOT more services than Cobblestone. Please change services. Seems like this place does it all and needs more attention than what they're getting. I don't need to say anything more. Pictures will say it all.

Today, I visited TNT Car Wash to get my F250 hand washed, and I was extremely disappointed with the service. The pricing was outrageously high for the quality of the work done. For what they charged, I expected a thorough, professional wash, but instead, I received subpar results. There were still visible spots and dirt in several areas, which I had to point out and have them redo. Even then, it was far from satisfactory. For the cost, I could have gone elsewhere and received better service with more attention to detail. I understand that larger vehicles like an F250 require more work, but that doesn't justify the excessive pricing, especially when the quality doesn't match the cost. I will not be returning and wouldn’t recommend this place to others.
