Absolutely terrible. My insurance initiated a tow with this company and phone agent would not answer any of my questions and then canceled my tow without any warning. Too many good companies out there nowadays … stay away from this one

My son called for a tow and requested a flat bed the guy showed up with regular tow truck, then got upset and went off on my son using foul language. He left and I called AAA instead

Person towed my car without confirmation; went inside to call the location I wanted them to tow and told them to hold on in case of the place not being able to provide the service necessary. Last thing I was told was “I have to wait until I get confirmation to take the car” so walking out to having my car gone after a 60 second phone call was discouraging. Hung up repeatedly when trying to call and figure out the location of my car. Incredibly unprofessional and disappointing.

I had to contact Tom’s towing because my radiator was leaking and I had to tow it to a mechanic which they referred me to since I did know where to take it. Honestly, their service was very professional, on time, and very friendly. I couldn’t have asked for a better service. The mechanic they recommended fixed my car in one day, gave me a great deal, and told me what to fix to avoid future problems.
