Just a word of caution, they haven’t updated their website yet. They no longer service Dually trucks before you make the trek here because it’s one of the few washes that advertises they do they don’t anymore.

this place is so great,Only thing better then the car wash was the employee that helped us,even though we did the car wash over zoom...he was there to help,his name was Pablo, Pablo explained to us 67 and was very fantastic, give this kid a bag of chips !!!! GIVE HIM A RAISE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

First time visit today and could not be happier. I got the $17 car Wash because my car was not that dirty but did have pollen on it and I am not joking. My car came out looking like it was brand new! The cashier was super friendly and I really like the fact that the entry into the car wash itself is very wide and you have someone guiding you. They use twice as much water as anybody else. At least it seems that way, and the dryers are unreal. I plan to come back and purchase a monthly package because this place is great.

The wash hung up my brand new car. Damaged the wheel and tire. The employees never checked on me and management never responded to me. I will be ending my membership. Very disappointed. Update 2/4/25. The manager contacted me and reviewed footage. They said my brand new vehicle had a divot on the tire prior to entering. Failed to explain the damage to the wheel. Then they said that I had auto braking engaged and tried to explain how it worked. I know how it works and it was not engaged. They also said they were short staffed but three people were working that afternoon. Then my husband contacted them and they said they could no longer assist me and ceased responding. We both canceled our memberships and will speak loudly about the issue, the poor customer service and gaslighting.

I really loved this place at first. I went the other day and lost my antenna. I called and they said we do a sweep at night and throw away what we find!! What! Gets better my antenna was locked in, couldn't screw it out or push it down. Like a 4 hour job to replace it.

Every time I go there the service is wonderful! I always enjoy getting my car washed and vacuum there :) there’s these two employees his name is Rigo and the other employee I believe her name Sukhi they were so sweet they provided such good customer service they go above and beyond!

I’ll start by saying employees were great! My Lexus had beautiful paint with no imperfections. Now it looks like my car was washed with sandpaper. The whole car has swirl marks and will need an expensive polish from a detailer now. I’m very disappointed that I decided not to hand wash my vehicle as I always do. My car wasn’t even very dirty.

Love this car wash! My car is wrapped and I can only do touchless, but this car wash because of the type of brushes they use is soft and doesn’t affect the paint! Definitely will be coming back

Was excited at first for this new car wash. That was until the car wash ripped off a part of my bumper which left me with an over $3000 repair bill. I have been in contact with the manager Brian who gave me my car parts back. The Manager Brian told me, my car was damaged prior to entry. Even though I have proof (surveillance cameras/pictures w/time and date water stamps) that prove that this narrative that the manager Brian is portraying is not truthful. I’m not the only person whose vehicle has been severely damaged by this car wash. The manager, Brian uses the tactic that “the car was damaged prior to entry” to not be legally responsible for the damage. I have requested on five separate occasions for the video surveillance that manager Brian says he has to be sent to me so I can see what damage he’s referring to, but conveniently I have never received the email with the surveillance video that Brian is referring to and claims was sent to me via email. Due to this, I have sent the owner Parneet as well as manager Brian a certified letter of demand in regards to the damages and the bill that I was left with. Which was ignored by the owner Parneet, and manager Brian who are both fully aware this car wash is severely damaging vehicles. I will not be responsible for damages that were done by this Business. Parneet, I know you look through your Google reviews as well as yelp. Please keep an eye out for the small claims lawsuit, that’s coming your way. You will pay for the damages your business inflicted on my vehicle. Whether it’s through court or whether we settle outside of court, you have my contact info which I sent in the letter of demand to your Shell corporation (Burrell holding) as well as the Tommy’s express location. I’ll be hoping to hear from you soon in regards to settling this matter.

They have their own schedule. I tried to wash my car a week ago, but they were already closed at 6 p.m. On top of that, this car wash never pays for any damage caused to your car. I wouldn’t recommend it if you care about keeping your car in good condition.

I have been a loyal customer of this car wash establishment for the past two months. I appreciate the unlimited car wash subscription, which costs around $20 per month and provides excellent value for money. The automated wash system is particularly impressive, as it effectively cleans my red car without causing any damage to the paint. While the way my rims get washed amazed me. the overall wash quality is exceptional. The vacuum cleaners are adequate, although I find that the ones near the exit have stronger suction power. Additionally, the automatic mat washing machines, both dry and wet, are convenient and leave my mats thoroughly clean. I am highly satisfied with the services provided and intend to continue my subscription as long as the standards remain consistent.

My Tesla (less than 2 years old) was scratched immediately after exiting the wash on January 7, 2026. The damage was reported on the spot and documented by a manager. Staff later acknowledged that the brushes had been replaced earlier in January, that damage was a known risk at the time, and customers were not warned. After weeks of delays, the company denied responsibility using a generic “mechanically impossible” explanation, without providing any evidence tied to my vehicle or that wash cycle. No claim number, no meaningful investigation, no accountability. This location knowingly exposed customers’ vehicles to risk and then refused responsibility. I strongly advise avoiding this wash, especially with a newer vehicle.
